When I first walked into Erica Suarez‘s office, I noticed how clean and calm the room was. I was able to relax and breathe and settle my mind and body before my appointment even began. Ms. Suarez’s presence was inviting, personal and professional. She explained the service that I had selected, what I would expect and the benefits from it. She tailored my appointment based on my needs, which tells me that she’s a great listener. Because of her personal personality and undivided attention to detail, I was able to relax and trust her which allowed me to enjoy my appointment and benefit from the service to its fullest potential. I haven’t had mobility In my spine and right shoulder until Ms. Suarez worked her magic. I’m so thankful and I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her.

Amazing practice to become in tune with your body! Erica is truly a healer. I’ve been to five sessions to date and each builds on the last. Erica is very personable, attentive, has a thorough understanding to align and touch. I have since added the reflexology to my routine and came away refreshed. I have suffered from chronic back pain and tight hips with flaring sciatica over the last five years. I have gained more from cupping and stretching with Erica’s guidance; listening to my body and thresholds than general physical therapy. Each session is tailored to help increase my range of flexibly and joint movement. I am grateful I found Erica. She is a wealth of knowledge in her field, in which I am extremely thankful for her help and patience each session.
