From the second I walked in to Integrated Massage Solutions I started to feel relaxed. The decor and ambiance is soothing and aesthetically pleasing and the staff is professional, courteous, and timely. Dawn walked me through the whole process and made sure that I felt comfortable and prepared for my massage. The massage experience itself was top notch and I feel that regular visits here will improve my sports recovery drastically.

I found the therapists at Integrated Massage Solutions to be very knowledgeable on so many different modalities, which really allowed me a great experience because my session was tailored to what I needed - not just a cookie cutter massage. A combination of deep tissue and healing touch was the perfect combination to get my neck and back feeling better. I also tried the ashiatsu (barefoot massage), and REALLY enjoyed the depth of that treatment. I highly recommend Integrated Massage Solutions!
