Highly highly recommend this place- I tell everyone about it! The front desk staff is amazing, she’s so kind and friendly. The facilities are amazing- especially the sauna. And Alana is one of the best massage therapists I’ve been too. I’ve been seeing her for the last 7 months and she really takes the time to listen to you, get to know what’s going on, and has been a huge part of helping me manage my stress while also recovering from shoulder surgery.

I have only been to Integrated Massage twice so far but I am so glad that I found them! My massage sessions with Brittani are truly amazing. Not only do I feel less pain in my body but my stress just disappears. It is such a warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere that as soon as I walk in I feel like I'm home! Highly recommend! Lily is amazing!!! Her massage is truly therapeutic and I always leave feeling much better and in much less pain than when going in. Her massage is relaxing and healing.
