My first visit will not be my last! This massage experience was excellent. The spa is clean, well appointed and comfortable. My therapist spent time talking with me about my massage needs and pain points. She was kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this spa.and the unexpected personal thank you note was so appreciated. It’s the hidden gem in Pawleys Island.

Referred to Island Pain Relief Massage by a family member. We are visiting from Florida and was having lower back pain. Easy to book an appointment online, and was met by Denise the next day. Pinpointed my issue right away, and concentrated on that area. 1 hour session, and I was sorry it was over. Attention to detail , cleanliness and personality should bring you in her direction. 5 stars ⭐️ all the way , back to Florida feeling much better.

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage on a whim while on vacation, and it was wonderful! The facility is very nice and the experience was incredibly relaxing. Denise is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt great for days after the massage. I live an hour away, but plan to make the trip to Pawleys Island to get this massage again soon!

Went here while on vacation. Skipped my normal massage and my body was not happy about this. Got 60 min deep tissue massage and Michelle was so attentive to what my body needed. Was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation pain free. Then, today i receive a thank you note in the mail. What a wonderful personal touch. I will definitely visit again...if only once a year on vacation.

Michelle is absolutely amazing! I tweaked my back playing golf so I went and got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with her. She really took her time to learn about my pain/injury and personalized the massage around it. My back is feeling way better!

Denise was fantastic. My lymphatic massage was just what I needed. She cares for her clients in a professional yet understanding manner. Island pain relief helped me deal with life until I was able to get my total right knee replacement. Thank you!

Awesome massage and overall great experience! The setting is very comfortable and relaxed, and everyone there is super friendly. Jessica is an excellent massage therapist -- one of the best there is in my opinion. Highly recommend!
