Jake n JOES Sports Grille - Foxboro

Decided to give this place a try as a new resident of the area even against my initial perceptions of this establishment. As with any new restaurant I wanted to start off with something simple and what most would say easy to get right….wrong. I ordered Mac & Cheese with Buffalo Chicken. Ordering and pick up were smooth and food was ready upon arrival. When it comes to portions…for the well overpriced item at $23 the portion was great. Which I later understood why once I got to the taste…Absolutely subpar. I would want to quickly get rid of it as well. My 12 year old prepares better Mac & Cheese than this! For anyone that is a foodie and knows GOOD food even at a chain restaurant level this place is NOT for EVERYONE. I received what tasted like Kraft’s Mac & Cheese with mediocre chicken. Very disappointing and for anyone relocating from our southern states this is definitely a “local favorite” you’re better off missing out on.

Just like every other restaurant but the food was amazing. The Buffalo dip was out of this world. The salad was great. Everything was fresh and made to order.

This location was fantastic. You know how heavily I grade the customer service experience and I must say, the bar folks were definitely a solid 5. My favorite employee was my guy JAKE. I absolutely love when employees sees my glass almost empty and quickly jumps in to ask if I needed a refill. That was a female employee whose name I didn’t catch. Jake just kept a close eye on me and making sure I didn’t lack anything. The experience was great and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. The buffalo wings were killer. I could have ate 2 dozens of them.

Really good spot for some food, drinks and sports. It's like Miller's only way better quality food. The Jake's chicken blt was slamming. Definitely get it with crispy chicken. It was fried to perfection and the chicken was tender and all white meat. Forget Popeyes and Chick Fil A. Stab someone for this sandwich. Plenty of tables. Ludicrous amount of parking. Don't run off if they say a 30 minute wait for a table. It's probably less. Waitress forgot our appetizer. Otherwise perfect scores.

Great location and our server was friendly and attentive. I'm just a wine drinker so nothing crazy for drinks

This place was awesome. You are aware of how highly I value my interactions with customers, and I have to add that the bar staff received a five star rating. My buddy JAKE was my favorite worker. I adore it when wait staff notices my glass is almost empty and rushes over to ask if I need a refill. That employee was a woman, whose name escaped me. Jake simply watched me closely to make sure I had all I needed. I really recommend this place and had an excellent time. The buffalo wings were delicious. I could have eaten twenty or more of them.

Service was great. Our waitress Kailee was friendly, attentive, and all around great at her job. Atmosphere was geared toward the sports fan, yet comfy enough for families. I see why people go there. It was quite a friendly environment. My only diappointment was the food as it was just mediocre. My husband and I both orderer the fish and chips. We received 3 small pieces that was dry and under seasoned. It wasn't horrible, but definately not worth the $22.50. Now that is a fair price when the fish is good, but it just wasn't. I would reccommend this place as it just could have been a fluke, but I probably wouldn't go back.

I ordered the chicken club for takeout and it turned out to be mostly mayo. Thank God! Because in trying to remove the mayo, I noticed the bread was moldy. Whomever slathered the mayo on the bread would've noticed the mold and that the bread was not safe to eat. They still decided to send it out. I was offered a remake of the sandwich. I chose a refund and went to the Dunkins down the street instead.
