I must say I was very disappointed with the way this waiter acted and his very plastered personality. First we were given menus to look through including the drink menu and the kids menu. My kids had an idea of what they wanted so as we ordered their food we ordered an appetizer. I asked the waiter to bring us water with lemon whilst we decided on drinks, he never brought it. We received our appetizer and the kids got their food. Suddenly my daughter who is 4 years old said she did not like the pasta to the waiter. He stated if she wanted something else he would charge us for both which is fair enough, and why don’t we take it for the road. She wanted chicken nuggets and fries. When my son told him that his drink tasted like water he said well you know buddy it’s probably because it was sitting out which it wasn’t. When the waiter came back I mentioned our water, he act like he couldn’t hear then leaned a little closer I said you did not give us our waters. He said I’ll give you your waters, I was too busy prioritizing your daughter’s food. This is after she switched meals. His tone of voice had a little sarcasm in it. Also you don’t blame something like that on a child grow up. It was Father’s Day and my husband was frustrated. I think this kid of a waiter could sense it because suddenly he must have realized his tip depends on his attitude. He didn’t have a good one at all. In the end he tried by saying “nice family” Food-The overall quality of the food compared to quantity not great. The calamari was ok a little overcooked. The pasta I had was great. My husband had some type of chicken dish which he enjoyed. Drinks-HORRIBLE. My margarita that he said would take a long tasted like they poured a full bottle of salt in it. Didn’t enjoy it at all.

Came here because of the remarkable experience at the Foxboro location, unfortunately, this place did not even come close to Foxboro. As you know, I place a heavy weight on the customer service experience. Why, because it’s the one thing that makes you a repeat customer or a delete customer. Now, you know I am very fair and I must disclose that the restaurant was busy and from what I learned, the employee was fairly new, however, being a new employee is EVERY reason why your service should outshine everyone else. You should be trying to make a good name for yourself. So, I really can’t give the young lady a pass. The server was very blah. She tried to commit our order to memory and forgot our appetizer. She brought us our entree and no utensils to eat them with. We waiting so darn long, our food got cold. Finally, she decided to come to our table, seconds after a co-worker was asked for the utensils because she was MIA, and had the audacity to ask, “You want to take this home?” I was completely APPALLED! Annoyed, I replied, “No! I don’t want to take that home because I’m not paying for it!” “IT’S COLD!” What really gets under my skin was that she NEVER even attempted to apologize. It was really like an FU moment. After I payed for my wings and Pepsi, she comes to the table and says, “Here’s a lava cake for you to take home!” and walked away. You know what I did? I left that lava cake right on the table and walked out. I didn’t even want it. When I reached the host, I asked to speak to a Manager. A gentle lady name Sonia came out and she couldn’t have been any more pleasant. My wife and I shared our experience and she was the most nicest person. She apologized and was very concerned. I normally don’t give second chances, but, I promised her I would return. Full disclosure: she did give me a gift card, however, it’s not the reasons I’m returning. I felt she was genuinely apologetic and want to give her a chance to make it right. UPDATE: I visited on February 17 and I must say, the NEW SERVER on his first day, was REMARKABLE. His name was Shawn. His service was a 5 STARS no questions. Really enjoyed my experience. So, I’m giving it 2 more stars.

We have been here a few times. Two out of three visits have been fine/good. Most recent visit was disappointing. First, the table was dirty and sticky. When a neighboring table emptied, no one wiped the table after clearing the plates, so that seems to be a missing step in their process. My chicken dish came out much later than the rest of the table’s meals, and the chicken was not cooked thoroughly. Our kiddo ordered a side of fries with his kid’s menu item of Mac & Cheese, but it is an additional charge ($5, I think). The waitress didn’t mention that a side does not come with that specific meal; not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know. On all three visits the food has been average. The kids Mac & Cheese is not great for picky kids - it is very different from Kraft. I am not clamoring to return.

For Appetizer, bone-in wings (pictured) with Korean Chillie source was great. Loaded French Fries was French Dip sandwiches was great. So was the side of Mac and Cheese I got. Cocktails were great. Unfortunately I forgot what I got.

Sat at the bar while waiting for take-out. I don't drink so most bartenders are not thrilled when I sit down but this bartender made me feel welcomed and took my takeout order promptly. I got a coke while waiting for the food and never felt like I had to go wait by the door since I wasn't drinking.

My experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I expected. The service was a bit off. It seems like it was only one waitress working, so the service was a bit slow. The drink I ordered was different from what was on the menu. It didn't come as pictured, but the waitress was kind enough to get it corrected for me. I give it a 4 because it was my first experience, and it wasn't actually what I expected, but it was manageable.

Service was extremely slow, even though the place wasn’t very busy. The boneless buffalo wings were meaty, but were not fully coated in sauce. And the beer selection is uninspired for pilsner and lager drinkers. Maybe my expectations were too high for a sports bar…

I ordered steak and cheese egg rolls and campfire wings the wings arrived cold!! And the steak and cheese egg roles..well they were horrible cheese and peppers!! Very last time I order from here! If I could I would upload a picture! Don't recommend! Especially after spending 37.00 for 2 items!!!! Never again!
