Jasmine Foot Massage

I’ve been hesitant to share a review, but after thinking about it for a week and talking with others, I decided I should share my experience at this location. My boyfriend gifted me a 60 minute massage and 30 minute foot massage for my birthday back in June. I finally got around to using it, and as a mother of two with chronic pain, I was really looking forward to this! When I arrived, my gift certificate was looked at thoroughly. They brought me back to a room and told me to undress to my comfort. When my massage therapist arrived, she didn’t say anything and immediately started pushing on my back with really strong pressure. I usually require deep pressure, but this was intense. I was taken aback. I wasn’t sure if this was my back just in need of serious help or if she was applying pressure that was simply too much. So i continued and tried to relax. She did ask me at one point if I was ok, and I did say I was, so I understand that was my fault and I accept that fully. But she never once asked me where I needed attention and how much pressure I needed. To add, the door was left open my entire massage, she left the room 3-4 times for who knows what, the receptionist came and spoke to her 2-3 times during my massage, and I was left bare chested for at least 20-30 minutes without my knowledge or her covering me up. I was bare chested while the door was open and the receptionist came in a spoke with her. She also failed to give me a 30 minute foot massage. She rubbed and hit my feet for 5-10 minutes and that was it. I left feeling in pain and completely uncomfortable. I’m considering reporting this to the board, as I’m not sure what credentials these people have and I’m left shocked by my experience. If I could get my money back, I would.

Went in Saturday before Mother's Day. I did make an appointment though. Maybe only one therapist? Don't know but it was the same one that greeted me... she was finishing up with a foot massage and she wanted me to come a half an hour later but I pushed for the time I wanted so the extra wait I'll take the blame for...but the fast moving rough action of the massage I won't. She didn't focus on anything...even with my direction about where it felt good or the amount of pressure I wanted...if you want a really good massage drive around the corner...

I scheduled a 90 min couples massage for a Friday evening. They took us to separate rooms. The gentleman that performed my wife’s massage did not do a full body massage. Missed a lot of areas and was not a pleasant experience. I had Coco perform my massage. It was not the best, but was not the worst. In my opinion they are not what we would consider trained massage therapist. Some of the massage was good and other parts made me question their training. Not sure we will go again. $120 for each plus tip. $280.

Went for a walk during lunch noticed the sign for massages took a chance yesterday after work and was very pleased. Highly recommend this place for a couple of reasons the hours are very reasonable open from 10am-9pm.... I enjoyed the hot oil and the hot rocks. They don't skimp on massage oil I have been to some places where very little oil was used it was very disappointing to pay $100 for an hour and have them skimp on massage oil. I'm taking my sister there this coming Friday treating her for birthday present that's how much I this place.

Jasmine Massage is always my go to place. The massage therapist are amazing and really provide the best massage in town. I had a one hour massage today with Mark. He worked out my sciatica and I now have no pain. Thank you for taking care of your customers ❤️

If you feel bad do not hesitate to come to this place where I recommend your body needs good hands and here you find them personally I have felt very good with a good massage.

My wife and I were in Tualatin recently, and we stayed at the Century Hotel (a great little hidden gem of a boutique hotel!). We love massage, and since Jasmine was nearby and had outcall services, we booked two of their massage personnel. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the professional EXCELLENT service, and the massage therapists, who also knew the shiatsu (acupressure) technique I had learned to love while stationed in the Far East. They were TERRIFIC - and also very nice folks!!! I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this experience, especially after our long drive! We both slept like a log that night, and felt great for several days thereafter. I have a lot of experience with massage, and Jasmine runs a great service! We will be going back next time we are in town, and I can recommend them without reservation to anyone who likes a great, professional, massage! THANK YOU, Jasmine!!!!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Jasmine Foot Massage and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I specifically opted for a deep tissue massage, but it turned out to be a horrible and unprofessional session. To begin with, the lack of staff was evident from the moment there was only one person who seemed to be the only one working, she had to answer the phone multiple times during my massage. This resulted in her leaving the room four times, disrupting the flow and continuity of the session. It was quite frustrating to have my massage interrupted repeatedly, and it definitely detracted from the overall experience. I was highly disappointed with the quality of the massage itself. The deep tissue technique requires a certain level of skill and expertise, which unfortunately seemed to be lacking in this case. The pressure applied was inconsistent and often felt uncomfortable, bordering on painful. It was evident that the therapist did not possess the necessary knowledge and technique to perform an effective deep tissue massage. A professional massage should involve a level of attentiveness and care, which regrettably was missing in this instance. Overall, I cannot recommend Jasmine Foot Massage based on my experience. The interruptions caused by the therapist having to answer the phone and the unprofessional nature of the deep tissue massage left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. I would suggest seeking out other massage establishments with more attentive and skilled therapists to ensure a more enjoyable and effective experience.
