Jasmine Oriental Spa Massage

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Jasmine Spa. We both got a 90 minute deep tissue Thai massage. It is a full 90 minutes of treatment, our massage therapists were extremely skilled and put a ton of work into the massage. My husband works with his hands and upper body and has a lot of muscle dysfunction/knotted muscles and this massage gave him much needed relief from pain. We had Lucy and Willa and they were both excellent! Price for the service is unbeatable. We will defintely be returning on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience. Had a couples massage and it’s was phenomenal. Definitely a different experience than I’ve had from past massages. I sat up from the table feeling like a whole new person needing a comfy bed and a nap. Everyone was super sweet. Love the price.

This is now my go to massage spot when I am in Syracuse! I have never had a massage quite like this place does before. I got the deep tissue with infrared and essential oil. Jasmine greeted me at the door and showed me to my room, giving me explicit instructions on what I should do to get ready for my massage. She also asked me if there were any areas in particular that I wanted worked on. She relayed this to my masseuse, who came in and got right to work. She started off stretching my body in ways I did not know that my body could stretch, and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Really got into the knots I had everywhere. Towards the end, she walked on my entire body, which was a crazy feeling, but I felt it working, and it felt amazing. I felt rejuvenated after my massage, and I am referring my friends and family here any chance I get. I will say, if you have issues with nudity, just be aware that when getting a thorough massage, they will get the tops of your glutes. But, this is standard whenever I have gotten a massage. If you don’t want a certain area touched, then say something at the beginning.

I came here a few days ago and booked a couple massage for me and my husband. I have been here a few times and usually had a great experience. This was my husband's first time. We got the 60 Min Thai Swedish Hot Rose Oil Massage. I have gotten this massage done here before and loved it. My biggest complaint is that the guy that massaged me was way too gentle on my back and neck. Also, he barely touched my feet at all. Every time I have gotten a full body massage, it is from hands to feet. I am not looking for a 30-minute foot massage. This guy worked on my hands popping each finger but did nothing with my feet. The lady at the reception desk said to me that it's because I didn't order the foot package but my husband was right there on the other side of me getting the same exact massage and the lady who massaged him did his feet just like his hands. So somewhere here ither my masseuse was a new employee or they treat female clients differently or I don't know what ... maybe some miscommunication at this location with employees because this doesn't make sense how me and my husband asked for the same massage but got different treatments.

This was my first time going to a professional masseuse. I had the hour relax package which was very nice. The lady I had was very professional and was very nice. Hot stones were used after a very nice oil massage. They also stretched my arms, legs and back which was nice, especially because I work in a very physical job.

Very good massage by Helen. She was great, I asked her to focus on my lower back and legs. She was great, I highly recommend if your looking for a legitimate Thai massage. Professional and very skilled. Very satisfied customer and I will keep on returning. I have tried many places and this is still my favorite.

Worst massage experience ever! No communication from person doing my massage. Came in silent, asked no questions about what I needed and then proceeded to completely abuse me the entire time. I tried to get through it without complaining but at one point she was hurting me so bad I let out a noise and she rudely told me to relax. She finally let up a little when it happened again but not after she told me to relax again. She was at one point completely on top of me using her feet. When it was over she just simply walked out of the room without saying anything. We tipped them when we left, even though they didn’t deserve it and they acted like it wasn’t enough. I am so sore today and can barely move. She only focused on my backside and never had me flip over. I will never return. I think she did damage to my body. Be careful if you decide to go.

Stopped in at Jasmine Oriental Spa for a 2 Hour massage yesterday with Amy. She is an excellent masseuse, very attentive and focused on her work. The only issue at Jasmine is one that I find at similar spa's in that the rooms there are situated closely together without a solid door to close them off. The ambient noise from the front desk as well as the surrounding rooms distracted somewhat from a very enjoyable experience.
