Solid bar with great options! I was in during the middle of the weeknight one evening to celebrate a birthday, and it was pretty slow. I was delighted to see that not only did they have smaller pour sizes available, but that they also had a variety of reds and dark beers on tap. While there were certainly plenty of hazy's and IPA to satisfy the taste preferences of my companion, it was so refreshing to find dark beer. We got a beer flight and were able to sample six different beers we were both interested in. The bartender made sure we knew which beers were what. I was thrilled! Service was chill and efficient. Ambience was bright and well lit. I will gladly return, and would happily recommend. Next time we will check out the food.

The beer was amazing, huge selection. The French dip was good, the meat was a tiny bit gristley but tasty. The chicken sandwich was very good, and while the fried coating slid off the chicken, the flavor and texture were delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very cool. It was nice that they had the basketball game sound on for part of the time we were there.

I hadn't been to JB's Taphouse & Grill in years so I recently visited for their happy hour. I had a carnitas quesadilla. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich and a cup of soup. I was delighted to learn they had a few different stouts. Most places will have 52 IPAs...and maybe one, token stout...maybe. There were very few people there so the noise level was fine. The food was good and prices were reasonable. I've added it to my happy hour list.

My wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel and walked to two "bar and grill" restaurants in the area. We passed on the first because it was to noisy, and ended up at JBs. The good was hamburgers were excellent, and we had a flight of beers. The selection of beers is overwhelming, and that's a good thing. The six beers were sampled were all excellent.

First going here, I was looking on line for some catfish and this placed popped up and from the picture the catfish looks great, but that's not what came out.... it's over cooked and really greasy like it was dipped in oil 3times same for the tots, called back and the waitress answer (Dani) she was nice, so she had them remake it, and this time they under cooked it wow!!! So i has to throw it in my air fryer to finish cooking it. Only reason I gave 2 stars was for the waitress

Very good tavern-style food. The service was exceptionally good. Had a mushroom and a fire burger - both were well balanced and a good size.

Im a food critic amd i got to say i was dammed impressed with this place. Food was excellent, my smoked mushroom burger was fresh, well- seasoned, and just the right portion. The fries were also fresh and seasoned. 5 out of 5, this place is my new watering hole.

ordered wings and fries for pickup on Saturday afternoon. the server I spoke to was super nice and my food was ready by the time I got there (10 min!) love that they charge by weight for wings. they were meaty and the sauce was good. I would probably go for a different flavor next time though. I didn't go during happy hour, but if the portion is the same, it's a great deal! unfortunately, their ranch is super bland 🙁 the fries and spicy aioli were a real gem! the potatoes were crispy and fluffy and the two went perfectly together. The to-go portion was a bit small for the price. Spent $22 total before tip. Overall, good food and great service 🙂
