Very Professional, Clean, and the massage was very good at eliminating soreness, joint ,and hand stiffness. I work with my hands often. So these Massages work very well. Unfortunate for me I live far and will go back to my old massage girl. But I do recommend them for local or people just passing thru. Good luck to the store and especially Blair.

I have had a lot a massages around the states and honestly they have been the best A few months ago I started going here. I have always had a good experience. Now I am being required to pay a 35% tip not a standard 20% tip. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t pay the wages for the massage therapists. The owner should be paying the therapists more not the customer. I called them to discuss this and the front desk was very condescending, unprofessional and very sarcastic.

In one word I would say OUTSTANDING. Blair was very professional and sweet. She trained in Texas,USA. So if you would take a minute to learn you’d find there is no hiding behind the curtain here. Tips? Well given what they do here, it is a lot of work. Think about it. Although I feel the experience is worth the tip, I personally couldn’t provide what they do. If you 1 ⭐️them, don’t go back, they probably wouldn’t want you back. This is not for you. As for any other therapist in this business, I can’t nor would I comment. But Blair is as professional as it gets. Thank you Blair I’ll be back soon. Have a prosperous New Year in 2024. Tell your mom I said hello.

Hello owner / manager I would like to receive a explanation concerning my recent visit . I have visited your services approximately 8 to 10 times since about 2023. For most part have been happy with exception of my first visit that had a appointment mix up . Your counter has a price sign stating service costs . Example 60 min. Cost 60 dollars , 90 minutes cost 90 dollars . Also the clerk or counter person verbally asks how long and then states price. In my visit it was 90 dollars for 90 min. I gave 100 dollars and was counted by the clerk . No change was offered which should be 10 dollars. I did not think much about it as i thought it would be given later. Just for your information this was second time this occurred as first time i just thought a error was made . Now i am of the conclusion that this is being done purposefully. I did read past reviews and i see many involve money issues . I would think this issue could be handled in a simple way . Post the prices for your services then insist the employee follows the posting with the honest effort being applied to give customers correct change . If change is not available then clerk should state this to customer. So my question is what happen to my change , did it go to store or the clerk that took the money? Either way the action taken was wrong. The 10 dollars belonged to me . Should customers start asking for a written receipt? I see that a lot of your reviews are about tips . I always have tipped more than the 20 per cent that is the norm in service industry if the customer is satisfied. Normally the provider is expected to satisfy the customer to receive the 20 per cent or more as this gives them the reasons to perform well which also helps business owner to gain loyalty from customers. If a tip is required of a certain amount then by all means post it that a customer can make a educated decision if they want the service. The clerk should not keep a customers change to fill their pocket. If there is a wage or earning issue it should be handled between business owner and employee and not by taking change due customer . All of the above issues seem very simple to handle correctly therefore I am confused why money should be such a problem to resolve . I do like coming to your store and for most part i am happy with services. Some of the employees do a better job than others therefore maybe i need to communicate better as to expectations. I am a rather shy person therefore i need to speak more to provider . Thank you for listening and i am sure the above problems can be resolved thru educating your employees.

I’ve had several massages here, each time has been amazing. I’ve had four different women and each was wonderful! Highly recommend.
