Lindsey is the best massage therapist I've had. I like a deep tissue massage and she can always maintain enough pressure. She also always makes sure to check in on your needs before hand and them focus on the areas needing more attention. I've also loved the addition of hot stones and towels. Overall highly recommend.

She was very thorough in explaining her process and how she would tailor the massage to my needs. As someone with a history of chronic pain, I felt so at peace from start to finish. The next day, I can say I still feel quite a bit of relief. I mean, even leaving there, I was in awe that some of my muscle spasms significantly calmed down. While I’ve only had a few messages before, I can say that this experience was nothing short of amazing. Plus, she also had some recommendations that I look forward to incorporating! I highly recommend Lindsey and look forward to scheduling an appointment (well, several!) with her again. She is great at what she does and an extremely kind person.

Lindsay is THE best massage therapist I have ever had. She is attentive to your needs. Every session begins with a check-in. Asking what areas need attention and what we want out of the session. The environment is relaxing and accommodating. I book several months out so I don't worry that she can't fit me in. She is a gem and she has the perfect touch.
