Christina is amazing. I walked in her welcoming space feeling a wreck, I floated away and had the best night of sleep in months. She is a miracle worker and I will be back regularly. Thankful that Breathe Easy recommended Jungle + Grace!

A friend recommended lymphatic drainage massage after surgery as my swelling was extensive. I was a bit skeptical at Christina’s technique, but by the end of my sessions (I’ve had 2 so far), I felt immediate relief in the areas where the swelling was most extreme. She was very gentle (which was nice because my limbs were sensitive to touch) and explained what she was doing along the way. She also explained what was happening within my lymphatic system and gave me things to try when feeling discomfort at home and work. I really appreciate Christina and the service she provides and will definitely continue to see her. A plus to all of this is that she is just a kind, open and friendly person and I enjoy conversing with her throughout our sessions. I highly, highly recommend contacting Christina for a lymphatic drainage massage!

Christina is great! She makes you feel super comfortable and really takes into consideration your needs to customize the massage depending on the areas you need help with. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her!
