Kat has amazing healing hands! She is kind and gentle, yet strong enough to apply the proper amount of pressure! She is also very knowledgeable! During my session, she noticed swelling in my feet, which I later discovered was linked to protein deficiency. I never would have known to check into this had she not brought it to my attention. Kat is great. I now go to her once a week for an hour and always leave feeling fantastic. Somedays I'm a little stiff and sore from the week & she's excellent at locating those knots & working them out. Other days I feel okay and just want a relaxing massage which she is also very good at. Whether you're looking for deep tissue or a gentler touch, she can definitely help you.
