Katie's Sports Bar & Grill

I will NEVER set foot in this place again! I went there to watch the game and sat at the bar. I feel something muzzle my elbow and it's a whole dog sitting at the bar beside me. The gentlemen that brought the dog in then requests ice cream for the dog who puts his paws on the bar and eats. I immediately pushed the water I had toward the bar. I asked the gentleman was his dog a service dog and he said no. I canceled my order and left. This place WILL NOT be in business long. FILTHY.

We live very close to this bar so we want this to be our go to! All we want is a bar that we know the staff and the patrons and can have some drinks, laughs and good times! When this bar was Friends we did not get that! Now that it has reopened as Katie's, I think the potential is there! The staff is friendly and the regulars seem pretty nice. A decent amount of TVs to catch the game and there is plenty of seating. We can come here with our family or as a couple. They even have a black bean burger and pickle chips (I don't know if the pickle chips are 100% vegan) We've enjoyed the experience and hope to continue to visit consistently in the future!

Let me start by saying that Ally is my new best friend, lol. She is very friendly on the phone and in person and fixes a great margarita! We got our food to go and ordered the churros, honey crossaints, bang bang shrimp, chicken nachos, Katie's street dog, steak fries and southwest egg rolls and I have no complaints! We will definitely be back to try more of this deliciousness!

We had a great experience at Katie's Bar & Grill. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the best part was the awesome service! Katie was our server and she had great recommendations, was super friendly and kept our drinks filled! We'll definitely go back!

Appetizer was Chips & Queso. Flavor and taste and texture were good. Queso was served room temp, which caused it to thicken quickly, and it wasn't as enjoyable as it would have been if warm. Entree was Chicken Philly with Fries. This was very good, plenty of toppings, not dry, and tasted good. Wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was good, and I'd order it again. Fries were basic steak fries. Could have used some more flavor or something to make them stand out. Kid#1 had chicken tenders with mashed potatoes. I did sample her chicken, and it was very good. She liked both the chicken and potatoes. She gives her meal 5 stars. Kid#2 had the grilled cheese and fries. The grilled cheese was awful. You all could do so much better. Please go have the grilled cheese nearby at Legends Bar & Grill to pick up some pointers. My son couldn't even take a 2nd bite. Service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was good. I enjoyed the music though it was a tad loud but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. They have several side and app options. I've attached the most recent menu.

Well, when I first got there, I can tell that the bartender had to care of us. Very short staff our order came out in a decent time. But my Cuban sandwich was dry and cold for 16 dollars I expected better. My son wings were under seasoned and got cold really fast. My family and I probably won’t be back.

New post!!! Just went back!!! Still amazing!!! STRONG drinks (lol) AMAZING service:) We met Bri tonight and I must say that I was just as happy as the last time we came in!!! I will continue coming here from now on!!! Amazing atmosphere and amazing food!!! You must try this place and ask for Maria or Bri at the bar! The food is fresh and the drinks are amazing! Best potato skins I’ve ever had and that is saying a lot!!!

Katie’s on Grayson Hwy Magnifico!!! if your looking for a great place to eat and drink this is your place. Very clean the waitress are amazing’ televisions everywhere and love love love!!!suggestions Katie’s special wings and the lemon pepper to die for. Also there’s Cuban side to the menu, a lot to choose for every taste palette. Let’s show some love!!! Don’t Meet me there Beat me there. ❤️
