Came to Katy's spa with what I thought was a life-long running injury in my knee. I explained it to Katy, and she was able to help me understand how all the muscles work together as a system to move different joints and muscles. She has a master-level understanding of anatomy and muscle chains and keeps a clean, peaceful, welcoming spa environment.
