Patricia has been an invaluable part of my healthcare team. Her knowledge and compassion for the body and mind have been a necessity in helping calm my nervous system and feel the best I can. If I could see her every day I would, she is an absolutely gem of a person. I’m very thankful for the work she puts in to help me achieve the goals I have, and I would not be as far on my journey as I am, without her. Patricia is amazing! I have lymphedema from a mastectomy with lymph node removal 18 years ago. My doctor sent me to a physical therapist. She does a 20 min massage. I found Patricia online and my arm finally started getting better after one session with her. I’ve now gone 3 times and she has identified and help treat another issue I was having due to my lymphedema. She is incredibly knowledgeable , caring and always on time. She does a complete 1 hr massage which made such a difference. I would highly recommend her and will continue to go to see her.

Can’t speak highly enough of Patty! She is not only excellent at what she does, she is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly wise, empathetic and kind. I suffer from a lot of water retention generally but particularly around my cycle - but not when I see Patty!! I was drained and feeling lean, light and lithe. If you have been considering LDM, you must go and see Patty! Kitsap is so lucky to have a practitioner of her talent!

Patricia is a healer in the greatest sense of the word. While she moves and opens my lymph with ease, she also understands that very often the “holding” and tightness our body’s experience is from emotional trauma, and she is adept at recognizing when to push you through it and when to let off. Her intuition is spot on and only matched by her professional expertise. I always leave her sessions feeling untangled, lighter, more optimistic, and fully understood as a growing and changing woman. She has helped my digestion, sluggish lymph, adrenal fatigue, and nervous system. I will continue going to her for as long as she is available.

Patricia is a gifted healer. After spending a decade dealing with chronic pain and trying to figure out what was happening in my body Patricia figured it out. I highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with health issues. If she can’t personally fix it, she will direct you where to go next.

I came to Patricia for a shoulder injury after trying Physical Therapy, long-term Pain Medication and other treatments. All resulted in no resolution. After 3 treatments with Patricia for lymphatic drainage and fascial release work the pain was gone and I have no recurrence! I am so grateful for the pain relief and increased mobility.
