Knead Sole Reflexology, Massage & Salt Therapy

My favorite place to relax! It is so wonderful going to Knead Sole. The owner Lisa is the sweetest and nicest person. The therapists are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable. Besides massages and reflexology there is a salt room for total relaxation. My daughter and I went there on a whim 2 years ago. I’ve been going once a month ever since then. It just feels so good from the moment you walk in. Everyone should give it a try. You won’t regret it!

I love my weekly salt room relaxation appointment. My lungs were damaged inhaling cement dust in 2014. I’ve been going since early March and my lungs feel awesome. Lisa is an amazing person, very kind and compassionate. Highly recommend this therapy and business.

I was so glad that I was able to book a last minute massage because it was such a great experience!!! It was so relaxing and peaceful, exactly what I needed. The place was sparkling clean and the owner was so kind to recommend local places. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I've only had wonderful experiences here! Lisa is great about communication and ease of booking appointments. I have been doing deep tissue massage with Gina and she's excellent. Highly recommend! (coming from a chronically injured neck and overactive person with lots of massage experience/needs.)

Just experienced my very first massage and it was amazing! I was greeted at the door with a very warm welcome and once you enter, you experience a very calm and relaxing atmosphere! And Gina was amazing! I will definately be returning!

Just moved to town and recently visited. I must say, it’s AMAZING! Being a stay at home mom, I rarely get to find a place to relax. This is the place to go! Not only is it a relaxing establishment, but I left with zero pain in my shoulders and feet. Any aches I had going in were gone! I do strongly recommend WENDY, she knows what she is doing. Also, they are so accommodating to anyone’s schedule and accept walk ins. Definitely made a difference in my day for the better.

My first time doing reflexology for my feet due to RA/ Fibro. The minute I walked in from the busy Deland boulevard you are instantly embraced in calmness and peace. Totally relaxing atmosphere, perfect music…your senses takes away all your concerns. Gigi is amazing and explains in detail what she is doing and Lisa is so accommodating and professional. The energy at Knead Sole is very positive. You will not regret visiting.

Very nice place and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Sara is great! My should barely moved when I entered and now it works like a charm. The reflexology work on my feet is helping my whole body feel terrific.
