What a way to ruin a great message by trying to insist on a 50 dollar tip.... The deep tissue massage was honestly great. I had intended to tip 30 but when she got upset I wouldn't tip 50 this will be the first and last time I go. Was going to bring my wife and do a couples next time but that won't happen ever now how sad. Good way to go out of business. 🙁

Had a great massage she said her name is Anna, but I’m sure it’s not. My wife is South Korean so I know how that works but it was very relaxing and definitely worth the hour half charge to get along one versus a 60 minute massage.

Ive gone to Kozy several dozen times on the past 2 uears. However, went back last qeel after 3 months....and totally different experience! Sigh...A new owner?? What happened to Wendy?? Disappointed.**update. When back, and well, Wendy is definitely missed…**

They charged me up front before I even got a massage and apparently they only have one old lady that does the massages, yes the one that sits outside and smokes cigarettes. Anyways, I was put in a bright room and all i heard while getting a standard, run of the mill, asian massage, was them yelling at each other. Now I smell like coconut oil and regret spending 80 bucks. Wouldn’t recommend.

I walked in and got a 90 minute therapy session with Sophia that was on another level. Extremely relaxing and received great attention and care from the gentlest and softest hands that knew when and where to apply the pressure I needed to work out all the tired, tight and sore muscles from 23 hours of airline travel the prior day. Highly recommend and will surely have regular sessions. Thanks Kozy Massage for going above and beyond.

Went in for an hour. Therapist was ok, but seemed distracted. So when she walked out for a moment I looked down and realized she was watching TV on her phone that was on the table!! I'd heard something (it was her earbuds) but didn't realize what was going on since I was on my stomach. Will NEVER return! Unacceptable!! Phones should NOT be allowed in the room!

Thank you, Wendy. A great 90 minutes. I left feeling much better and looser than when I went in. I never had to ask for more or less pressure. I'll definitely go back.
