Really great burger, fries were ok, excellent service and beautiful relaxing atmosphere for a late lunch. The bar seemed more lively when I walked by at night.

Food was ok. Burger was good but the calamari was 50% peppers, pics show before and after I ate all the calamari.

Because poor service ruins everything. Waiting 20 minutes to receive first a new cup without ice and ultimately a refund. Refund handled by two managers who didn't need anything from me, just to use a different computer internally. Cassidy could have simply stated the refund on an over charged lemonade drink 6 oz cup full of ice, was completed. A simply asked for a drink without ice. Continued to wait for the hostesses Cassidy to pour a new drink after waiting on at least five consumers, even one that she waited for to taste a drink. 20 minutes later Extremely rude hostesses, no thank you. And I've frequently have lunch and breakfast at this hotel. Never an encounter of this nature. Hopefully the next experience and customs service is better, because today was absolutely DISGUSTING

Happy hour is not "daily" as website and menu states. Bartender explained they gave it at their discretion

Mix feelings about this places. The bartender was average. The drink prices are normal for a hotel bar. We ordered a salad with the chicken and clam Chaidez. The soup was delicious but the chicken was not tasty at all. Hard to even cut with knife. The manager was nice and aware and without us even saying anything, came to see how is the food (the server never checked on us, busy at the bar). I was not planning to ask for another one but he insisted. They brought another grilled chicken but unfortunately still not tasty and again rough. I had 3 grilled chicken breast on the plate and didn’t eat any of them. We decided to not mention anything again. But he came and check on us. He offered to remove it from the bill but I have already paid for it. So he offered us free drinks. I guess if you are there to have drinks and network great place but food was underwhelming for us. So I guess food was 2m3 stars but manager made the place 4.

This is a great bar, good atmosphere, good vibes, great service, GREAT bartenders. Get there.

Everything was ok until I got the check. They had a drink menu that clearly said the drink that we ordered was $15. When I got the check, there was a $21 charge! When I inquired, the waitress said, and I quote “THEY made me use premium liquor”. Timeout, who is “THEY” and furthermore, if something on YOUR menu is SIX DOLLARS more, you need to tell people BEFORE you make the drink. That wasn’t cool at all. Also, one of the waitresses broke a few bottles of alcohol last night by accident when a stand behind the bar fell, I wonder if they are trying to makeup for that loss in revenue!!!

Service was lovely. Natalie was very attentive, but also gave me some space to work and sip. Cocktails are a tad overpriced for the ingredients, but overall it's a fine place.
