By far one of the best massages I have had. Marie was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and an absolute fantastic massage therapist. Tonight is the first time in years I have had relief from my back pain. I booked my next appointment before walking out and plan on becoming a regular client. Kate was amazing!!! By far the best deep tissue massage I've received. It's so hard to find a massage therapist that can go that deep. She is obviously very knowledgeable and knows exactly what the muscles need. 2 days later and I feel the best I've felt in a long time. I will definitely be back!

I have been going here for over 2 years now. Everyone of the therapists are amazing! I recently scheduled with Ryan and he did a great job on an old shoulder injury! He was insightful, asked a bunch of questions and was able to get more mobility from the joint! I will be going back to him.

M’Lissa is hands down the best MT I’ve ever been to! So glad I found her. As an athlete with ongoing injuries, she’s been a lifesaver for nagging pains and remedying issues that even physiotherapists couldn’t. Truly an expert in her craft. Thank you M’Lissa, you’re one of a kind!

Marie is a lifesaver! I had a nagging back injury that my doctor prescribed muscle relaxers for, with no success. I was in near constant pain for over two months. Marie was able to work out the issues and alleviate almost all of the pain. A follow up session completely solved the problem. She is amazing! Clean studio, professional team, and easy to book online. I'd give them 7 stars if i could.

Hands down Ryan gave one of the best massages ive even had. Usually I get up from a massage stiff, not this time felt great. Ryan is technical an responsive to clients needs. Outstanding job

I booked an appointment today at 0900 for 155pm. I confirmed it through my email. I showed up at 135pm and there wasn’t anybody around. I waited around 30 min into my appointment (called and texted) but there was no one around. I was later contacted by a therapist (Marie) who said there was a glitch in the schedule and offered to help. I appreciated their response as I was super disappointed— especially being pregnant on Mother’s Day I will definitely be updating this review again after my massage.

Im not sure why I cant respond to your update. But per our messages .. you have not responded to any of my complaints. First of all.. yes, I was late. I also called and left a message as well as a text stating that if this messes up your schedule, let me know. Secondly, I did not receive intake papers at all. You double checked about the correct email address. I sent you the correct one. It did not go to spam or trash. I was annoyed that I had to be asked all the medical questions . Ive asked other people here who have had massages here in Washington and they did not have to do that. The massage was just ok. I did have to tell her a few times that it hurt. No big deal with that though. When I was trying to pay , she apparently had to send me another email. I told her what it was again. I had to tell her 3 times because she wasn't typing it in correctly. When she did get to the screen for payment, she was confused on what to do next. I had to guide her through it. On top of everything, when I arrived she was not wearing a mask. I had to ask if masks were required as I was wearing mine. She said she forgot. I am not one to throw anyone under the bus, but felt I needed to defend myself because I was basically called a liar in her "update" . The place gets good reviews because I checked before hand. But I would definitely not recommend Kate. This was not cheap and I feel I was cheated. Not good customer service at all. The owner has not got back to me after I messaged her and left a voice mail. Oh well, lesson learned. Update: I saw her response. Again calling me a liar. Im not upset over the jacket. Thats the last place I was and thought it has to be here. This is not about the jacket at all. I left several messages wanting to smoothe this over and talk it out. No response. I left her a message. No call back. Im not getting revenge over my jacket. Im just telling the public about my experience. I told her to please get back to me and she didn't. She didn't make it right. Shame on her for treating customer this way.
