the master of multi tasking matri'd, bartender , server, and gracious guru, Daniel has hopefully not given us patrons de L'ambortini more of her energy than we deserve, yet has done a fabulous balancing act of the goddess Sheba proportions to ensure our bladders and bellies are both full of deliciousness. I'll be returning again and again. It is a hotel franchise, yet the chef is not a cookie cutter yes man. He takes the type of pride in the texture, taste and presentation you would expect from a Wolfgang upity posh place, and this is A holiday inn in between a gamblin hot spot and the center of the universe, Dallas, Texas, United States of 'Merica. God bless Gastronomique experiences so far from a major airport.

Quirky atmosphere...it's in the Holiday Inn? Great food, Great service! Incredible creativity from the chef. This is not an Express Hotel meal. I will return often and suggest you GO to Longview to dine here for seafood and steak! Cheers to Ronald!

Had the best time!!! Danielle is the Captain of bartenders. Any drink we asked her for she made in perfection with her own little twist. We come to see her and listen to her funny jokes. She is the best!!!
