LaVida Massage

I loved my therapist but their business practice sucks. They have canceled on me 2-3 times once I arrived on site. Nothing for my inconvenience. My car breaks down on my way to my session no one time courtesy. NOTHING. I wish I would spend another dime in this establishment and I am pissed that ibgavs my friends gift certificates for their birthdays. One session for a loyal customer. Trash Establishment!

Oof, as a 20 year professional in the industry I love trying new places and every now and then will even give membership massage a go. Multiple poor experiences here before cancelling my membership after the shortage of staff, quality of work and table time (twice two different therapists ended the massage 10 min. early). Go somewhere else folks!

Update, nov 2024 Still no reply . Put in a complaint to their website, talked to the manager to have the owner call me. He has not. Original complaint below We have been members here for almost 12 years. The past year has been abysmal. They can not keep staff, they never have appointments timely , and it's always pushed due to staff. I requested the OWNER to call me 2 months ago and still have not heard back. The older gentleman took our complaints and probably did nothing with them.

I was having the worst day of my life and dealing with a lot of grief but my message therapist Malik did such a wonderful job that I could feel my body again. I had a membership earlier, and had tried previous messages with different people but they were mediocre at best. You have to book with Malik. He knows which primary and secondary body parts are affected by any pain that you mention and intuitively knows how to apply the perfect amount of pressure without you articulating every need. I can’t thank him enough for bringing me back into my body. He is well spoken, humble and deeply understands the human body.

Booked an appointment online, received a text message and email confirmation for the appointment. I arrived the suggest 10-15 minutes early and they claimed to not have the appointment in their books. I showed them the confirmations I received and they said it was not in their schedule and they could not fit me in.

Required deposit, if you cancel you forfeit deposit. After booking month in advanced I get a phone call therapist needs to cancel. Told my refund will take 7-10 business days . Not good business practice.

Very clean facility and staff, very relaxing overall atmosphere. The massage therapists are very experienced and professional, and really listen to your needs. Loved my first facial with Toni; she was so sweet, gentle, and really cared for how you felt. I will definitely be back for more facials because of her great service and relaxing techniques. Also, Jeremy, the very nice young man at the front desk, is always so kind and welcoming, and he talked us into becoming Loyal VIP Members 4 years ago.

Toni is an excellent massage therapist. I booked a facial with her and she is very friendly, professional and gentle. I will be returning for more appointments! The spa is very clean, up to date and has an overall comfortable atmosphere. The staff are very kind and the front receptionist (Jeremy) is super polite, supportive and holds great conversation! My experience was luxurious. I can't wait to book again!
