LaVida Massage

Great aesthetic and very soothing atmosphere. My massage therapist could have possibly had slightly better bedside manner. She seemed somewhat annoyed. She did a good job with the massage but really didn’t spend any extra time on requested focused areas. I’ve thought about not leaving this review all day but finally convinced myself I should. This was my 1st day off in almost a month and I was really looking forward to it. It wasn’t awful and it wasn’t great. A couple of takeaways - possibly provide clients with a small pillow when they flip on their back and possibly softer, warm washcloths for the eyes. The washcloth was very rough and kind of just slapped on and off.

My daughter and I recently joined LaVida and on September 25, 2024, went in for a massage. The massage therapists my daughter and I saw were very good, however, due to several circumstances, we needed to cancel our membership. I was on the fence of canceling, however, the "receptionist" made that decision very easy. First, she said we were covered for "1" massage, which was incorrect and when I said both of us were members, she appeared to take offense to that and became very defensive. Once I told her we were canceling our membership, she became the rudest person I've ever encountered, in the customer service arena. She didn't want to make copies of our cancellation paperwork, when asked a question, she wouldn't answer, saying, "can you wait until I get your membership taken care of" and then continued to treat us very poorly. I would only recommend this place based on the two therapists we saw that day, however, if massage therapists turnover rates continue to hold true, they will be gone shortly anyway.

I love coming here. I’m always treated with exceptional service and enjoy the staff. Keven is the best massage therapist ever. As a health and fitness coach, I need my muscles and joints to be in top condition and he’s the man I see on the reg. The front staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The facilities are clean and contribute to a great experience. Thanks so much!

I've only ever had good experiences here. The therapists are all very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The front desk staff is helpful and work to make sure you get the treatments you need. They're really good about letting me know if there's an opening available and very kind when I need to reschedule.

This business is absolutely amazing!! I have different therapists I really enjoy seeing. Ashley does great facials and Angie gives the best deep tissue massage (In my opinion). If I can’t get into her I enjoy seeing Brian or Keven. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Thank you LaVida for providing great services!

I love this place! They are super kind and accommodating. I’ve been going here for over a year now. I do a lot of intense sports such as kickboxing, rock climbing, running, to name a few, on top of being a fitness instructor. I am very active so my lower back is usually in knots and this place has helped me continue the things I love! Brian is my absolute favorite and go to masseuse! 10/10 He’s incredibly intelligent about the human body/anatomy and incorporates some stretching! Seeing him has helped me prevent injury and has helped me continue the active lifestyle that I live! I always feel great leaving afterwards. Also, I appreciate the quite relaxing environment that he creates. I am not a big talker so I enjoy having that hour of peace and Quite.

Fantastic massage. I was doing a gravel bike race the next day but my legs had ongoing soreness. The 90 minute massage was a miracle. I never get massages either because they never help. This did. The place was very accommodating as well.

I had a gift card and finally had opportunity to use it. I selected a signature facial and really enjoyed the experience. Brittanie was Professional and easy-going. I look forward to going back my skin need hydration from our dry climate.
