LaVida Massage

My husband and I were able to book a last minute appointment for the couples massage and it was WONDERFUL. We had Chad and Patricia and they were both amazing. It was hands down one of the best massages. Chad and Patricia were both extremely friendly and professional. They knew where our weak areas were and focused on those areas. We plan to come again when we are back in town. Def recommend Chad and Patricia for couples massage.

I enjoyed my spur of the moment massage so much, I signed up for the membership. I was pleasantly surprised at the spa like environment from the moment I walked through the door. My massage was one of the best I have had, with Mia being my massage therapist. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and there are many options to add on to your massage should you wish. I look forward to my next visit.

Paula has helped me feel so much better with medical/deep tissue massage for my sciatic nerve pain. I could not find a comfortable position a few weeks ago. 4 sessions made a huge difference in how I feel and move. Highly recommend!

I LOVE Paula! She makes each session worth it. She is THE BEST in the industry! Only reason I am not giving 5 starts is pertaining management - I believe there’s areas of improvement. But I will not change Paula.

The pressure applied was just perfect, striking a balance between relaxation and therapeutic relief. Impressed by the quality of service, I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. It’s a decision I’m delighted about, as it means I get to look forward to regular appointments and consistent care. LaVida Massage has undoubtedly won me over as a repeat customer, and I’m excited for my next appointment!

I love this massage spot. The pricing is great and they allow you to add another person to your account to let them access your massages which is amazing!! My only grip is that they struggle a bit with turnover which makes it challenging for the customers. After you’ve established a relationship with your therapist you don’t want to have to worry they won’t be around for more than a few weeks or months. Might help to survey the team to ask they leave, perhaps better or perks could help retention.

This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION!! The receptionist and owner are very RUDE and MEAN at the BALLANTYNE location (on Copper Way) to their customers. We recently cancelled our membership and went to a NEW LOCATION with great customer service. Every time I write a review this lavida location reply back with false statements to discredit my experience at this location. They are responding changing the narrative to “tips/gratuity and then being called names” this is them not taking accountability for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The MASSAGE THERAPISTS are great and deserves all the tips but the receptionists and owner are rude and mean. This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION because the receptionist and owner have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They talk to you with snappy attitudes.
