Lazy River Lounge

It was a early Saturday afternoon and I was heading to Zanesville to start a motorcycle ride that's called The Triple Nickel, Supposedly this ride is Ohio's version of The Tail of the Dragon that goes through Tennessee and North Carolina. As it just happens it started to rain extremely hard before I could get to the ride . So I decided to stop and wait out the storm at the first place I could find and yes that's when I discovered The Lazy River Lounge. I walked in soaking wet and they opened there hospitality to me. As time went on the owner started up conversation along with the two bar tenders. The friendliness was quiet welcomed. So the service was awesome, the beer was cold and they provide me with information about the ride. As it turns out I rode the ride in utter rain stroms and enjoyed every minute. If your a motorcyclist please stop in a say hello they'll welcome you.

We don’t visit zanesville often, but we always choose places that are not a chain. Wonderdful staff, very friendly.family owned and run. Basic bar cocktails.. I had a good Whiskey sour, my husband drank millerlite. Fridays are $1 cans and $7 flat bread pizza, so take advantage of that! We ate wonderful wings and decent pizza. Pool tables are in good working condition, we played a few rounds. Owner is super nice and they are renovating outside seating. Bartender is sweet and we will definitely be back! Zero complaints on our end for some day drinking and food 🙂

Mixed experiences here. Only stopped in twice in the last yr &1/2. Music & Drinks were good both visits. Service was ok during my last visit. Everyone looking for a bar tender had to walk where the bar entrance is to get their attention & wait for drinks even when it wasnt busy. We basically had to wait in front of the restroom doors & block the staff entrance. It was frustrating for everyone. I had $ in my hand waiting for a server on their phone for nearly 10 minutes when I was at a bar seat. Most patrons were nice both visits

Place was closed during business hours when I went by there. Pulled on the door....was locked. May be remodeling or new ownership or something.. it was wed 3pm. Certainly looks pretty beat up from the outside. Gravel parking lot.

This place is a joke!!!!!!! The employees in this establishment are so veryyyyyy unprofessional, rude & i have never experienced the amount of disrespect By just simply based on my appearance bartenders that just didn’t seem to want you there idk all money is green or I thought I can go else where for a good time but as long as they have 2 young chicks working the bar & making it like some high school party filled with drama they will lose allot of business ‍♀️

I like the staff. They do a pretty good job at serving the crowd. Food is prefab frozen. Overall good experience.....update--seems to be way rowdier and crowded than before. Not necessarily bad just a different experience.

Very friendly atmosphere, adequate amount of pool tables, diverse crowd which I like, no fights breaking out over stupid stuff which is awesome so you can just chill. The staff and the bartenders were on the ball and the drink prices are very reasonable. Muddy Boot Bar and Grill, keep doing what you're doing because it works! Loved this "Dive Bar"! "Dive Bars" are my favorite over any jock, rowdy, dumb drunk stupid people (who can't hold their liquor) filled bar. HANDS DOWN! ✌ Must go to chill type of bar when staying in Zanesville. ✌

Was not happy at all with this place. First the guy at the door asked for ID no problem. I showed him. The next 3 people could not produce anything remotely close to a ID. He told them "just show me something so I can say I checked." I thought that was rather screwed up but ok. Second they were way over limit with the amount of people. I could not even get a beer at the bar. So after waiting for an hour I started to relax with my friends and all of the sudden this dude lights up a bowl. Pissed me off. I left. How can you have a good time with people using drugs right next to you. It's not the damn 60s any more. Needlezs to say I will not be returning.
