Amazing ! I’ve seen so many different massage therapist over the years and Avi was amazing. He uses a little bit techniques and the way he does things are just really helpful for all my sore muscles and strains I get from CrossFit. I definitely will be back! His space is super nice, easy to find and lots of parking.

If you are looking for an awesome massage at a reasonable price, Leaf Bodyworks is the place to go! Avi is fantastic - he is professional, friendly, respectful and makes you feel very comfortable. His studio is always clean and he uses wonderful products. I always feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave. I found him from his great reviews on the Next Door app and I’m really glad I did!

Avi is phenomenal. I was visiting Reno for work and I booked an hour long massage session. It was the LONGEST hour I’ve ever experienced in the best way!! Wish I was a local but whenever I’m in Reno I’ll be rebooking!

Avi is amazing. My fiance and all of our friends go to him. He is so professional and the space is clean and he is the best massage we have ever gotten. He previously worked at Dolce Vita where a massage is over $200 so you are getting a very expensive massage at a great rate. Thank you Avi!

Avi is an excellent massage therapist! I am so glad I found him again after leaving Massage Envy. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, no matter your gender. His sessions last the entire 60 or 90 minutes, not just a portion of the allotted time period. The office building and suite is conveniently located and very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend getting a massage from Avi!

I have been a loyal client of Avi for years. He is positive, personable, professional, and gives a fabulous therapeutic deep tissue massage with extra special enhancements using hot stones, foot scrubs, aromatherapy, scalp treatment. Avi provides an assortment of refreshments after massage, tea, cocoa, chocolate and dog treats for my dog to complete the experience. I walk out with increased mobility, circulation, totally relaxed. Avi is one of the best massage therapists I have had in all my years getting massages. He provides top notch service with a smile!

I recently had a disappointing experience with a massage booking through Classpass, and I feel it's crucial to share my concerns. Despite having a reservation made by boyfriend for my birthday, I showed up to Leaf Bodyworks and Avi immediately had a sour face and attitude when he saw me, and let me know about an inflexible rule that only the Classpass user booking the massage could receive the service. While I respect and understand the need for policies, I couldn't help but notice an apparent inconsistency and am particularly concerned about potential discrimination. My friend has booked multiple massages under her Classpass account for her friends with him, so he has made the "exception” with other Classpass users. It is disheartening that I have referred other friends using Classpass to him, as he was starting off his business and I was his first Classpass customer wanting to help grow his business and wanted to go back for my birthday. When I was turned away, I asked Avi for other options to help resolve the situation (e.g. would my boyfriend be able to go tomorrow or another day since the massage was already paid for?). Avi was unhelpful and told me to take it up with Classpass to request a refund as the only solution, and refused to provide me service despite already paying for the massage. This inconsistency raises questions about the equitable application of policies and potential discrimination. I believe that consistent and respectful treatment are essential in customer service. Unfortunately, my encounter with Avi fell short of these expectations. I will no longer be going to Leaf Bodyworks nor referring them to any friends. I hope this feedback prompts a review of the policies and customer service practices to ensure a more positive and fair experience for all users.
