Lexington Massage Therapy

Lisa is absolutely amazing. I haven't had a massage in 20 years . She hit muscles I forgot I had and did an amazing job on releasing the knots in my back neck and shoulders. Will definitely be going back to her.

First time I booked with Lexington Message Therapy... I have been in great pain with sciatica down one side. I have been to the chiropractor several times. The medical doctor gave me steroid and pain medication injections as well as steroids, muscle relaxer, and pain medication prescriptions to take at home. I have been doing ice, heat, stretching....everything I can think to help this pain. Then it dawned on me to try a massage. Sometimes my mind is late to the party. So Paul had a cancellation this morning and I was able to slide in the appointment slot. I explained my area of need and asked for a deep tissue missage with priority to my target area. Paul really worked very hard to loosen those muscles. They are super large muscles from your neck to your glutes. He stated how the back was also very tight along the spine adding to the tension in the sacrum area. Paul took time to also suggest a couple additional stretches that I could add to my stretching routine. I am very thankful for finding Paul today! I didn't even sleep last night due to the pain. Now I can finally lay down and rest! I just had to shout out this review first! Paul was extremely professional the entire time, which I was a bit nervous about since primarily he had to work my glutes. But I was very comfortable and super thankful for his work today!

My husband and I had a massage to celebrate our anniversary. Bob had Theresa and I had Lisa. We had different types of massages per our needs. The therapists were punctual, very polite, extremely professional, and we left there feeling wonderful. Thank you!

Lexington massage was clean, and started my massage on time. I told Paul I wanted a deep tissues massage. I ask if he could focus my therapy on my shoulder and neck. He appeared knowable, and worked on some pressure points. He didn't spend much more time on those area's and I didn't feel like he dug in deep enough. It was an average massage.

My first ever massage, and I booked Lisa C. She was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Great experience for my first massage, hope to come back for another in the near future!

I started getting regular massages from a recent addition to the team, Miranda. She's done an excellent job working through some long term injuries, and I'm finally finding relief after years of pain. She can read what is going on with my muscles and joints more intuitively than I've ever experienced, and seems to just know exactly what I need each time. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Lisa C is literally the best and most qualified massage therapist I've been to. Been to several here in Lexington and nothing compares to her. I am so happy I found her.

Miranda is Professional, friendly, and charged a fair price. Establishment is clean, private and in a convenient location. Made appointment to return.
