She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about the human body and anatomy, and is always able to pinpoint problem areas and how to treat them. I've had 2 sessions with Lauren, both prenatal massages (1 during 2nd trimester, 1 during 3rd). I absolutely loved the prenatal massages and cannot wait to go back postpartum. As someone who has regularly gotten massages over the last decade or so, Life Balance's quality is amazing. Would highly recommend.
