Lifestyle Massage + Bodywork

This was my first time at Lifestyle. I did a 75 minute massage with Nick. My back and neck are tight and he worked a lot of it out. Hot oil and hot towels felt fantastic between techniques. I would highly recommend booking a massage here.

Nick listened carefully to my concerns and paid extra attention to the areas that need it. Hot stones and cupping were encouraged, and everything felt very comfortable, calm, and safe. The relief I feel is wonderful! I'll definitely be back.

Nicole was exceptional. Her top-tier communication, extensive knowledge, and understanding of how her techniques could benefit me were impressive. She delved into my lifestyle to pinpoint areas of focus and her incorporation of cupping and scraping added depth to the session. I suffered injuries from my job that left my neck, shoulders and back in excruciating pain. I have had four sessions with Nick Sharp, he has totally dissipated the pain in my neck and shoulders, and we are currently working on subsiding the pain from my back. I've been getting prenatal massages from Nicole, and she's amazing! I love really deep pressure massage and she knows how to do that in a way that is safe for pregnancy. All my muscles feel brand new after my massages, and she was able to quickly fix some back pain that had been bothering me for over a week. I will definitely keep going to her after pregnancy.

Kimberly had an amazing tough. She was firm enough to get the knots, but not so firm that it was hard for me to fully relax.
