Lifetime Massage

Sara is a gifted and talented massage therapist and whole body therapist/healer. She was able to use her specialized skills to help alleviate pain I've been experiencing in my neck, shoulder, and arms. She even showed me some helpful stretches I can do every day in between appointments to stay loose. She is able to work muscles and organs in different ways than traditional massage therapists, which made a big, positive difference for me. Take a chance on Sara - she is a fantastic whole body therapist!

I have been going to Sara for years now. There are times when I need to fix a problem area and other times when I just want to relax and she always adjusts to my needs. I would highly recommend her!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! Sarah is so skilled at her work and is really in tune with the body. Instead of walking out like I’ve been hit by a bus, I was rejuvenated! Some key areas were much better nearly immediately. She has some mad skills and technique. To top it off: she radiates positivity and is simply a joy to get to know.

I have been seeing Sara now for about 15 years or so! She is amazing! I was referred to her by a friend that had an accident and his neck was injured. I suffer from arthritis in the neck, plus I threw out my back many years ago. I have an office job and have bad posture! So I’m almost always in pain! I opt for the most intense deep massages and Sara maybe small in stature, but she brings me to tears every time! This is needed to get those really stubborn deep knots out, and Sara knows exactly what to do! My only feedback, would be for a really good chiropractor to be working with her! Some chiropractors do not offer much for muscle manipulation and Sara is excellent in that field!!!
