Lilah Rose Massage

Lilah is an incredibly skilled masseuse. Her hands are magical. I leave feeling relaxed, restored, and revived. Her lymphatic drainage massage, and skills with onchology massage have helped me recover from the challenging affects of chemotherapy. I highly recommend her as a massage practitioner. She's the best.

5 STARS across the board and may I add LIFE CHANGING!. Hot flashes are GONE! I suffered with heat trapped in my body and was told that it was menopause. I've eaten clean for 20 years and wasn't buying it. The heat was so bad I was finding that I was extremely irritated and angry and irritable. The only thing that would help was my water bottle that I would take with me everywhere not knowing when the hot flash would appear. I would begin to drink water as fast as I could to somewhat cool my body. We moved from vacaville to Santa cruz due to a job change but I was also looking for cooler weather because I simply couldn't take another hot summer. I had been researching lymphatic drainage massage after the move. I figured since our lymphatic system is our sewer system it probably needed cleaning. We all have lymph nodes throughout the body and they can become " CLOGGED/ CONGESTED" and that can cause DISEASE ( body not at ease) End of April 2024 I called Lilah rose Massage after reading such wonderful life changing reviews. May 1st 2024 was my very first appointment and sure enough during my relaxing massage Lilah found I had stagnation throughout my body from past falls, life, stress, surgeries and scar tissue. Immediately that evening i felt a difference and noticed the heat began to leave my body in the form of sweating. She had " unclogged " lymph nodes and my body was now able to release stored toxins!!. I've been going regularly and the hot flashes are 100 percent gone!!!!!!!!! I had an old neck injury and couldn't jog without turning bright red due to getting no oxygen. That's completely in the past! Instead of turning bright red in my face area I'm now sweating like a healthy person when I go jogging. This issue has been with me since I was a teen. I'm now 51 and just now able to jog! ( my husband is so grateful. This is all new and exciting). I've dealt with bloating lately and now I am having Lilah rose work on my tummy area. We all have lymph nodes in our stomach area and instead of surgery let's just say she's addressing the scar tissue in that area and the bloating is actually going down. ( I am now feeling comfortable in my jeans again!) If you are dealing with bloating, headaches, constipation, menopause symptoms, exhaustion or doctors keep giving you the run around, think about your lymphatic system aka our sewer system and maybe you need to have your pathways opened to release toxins though your pee, poop and sweat. If so I HIGHLY recommend Lilah rose Massage. You are in great healing hands. Make the appointments, enjoy the massage and trust the process and allow your body to heal. I personally eat keto/ carnivore and keep my carbs low and Lilah goes in and moves my lymph while I enjoy the healing massage. I am seriously forever grateful. I’m so grateful that Lilah and I have met. She has been phenomenal in helping me with my lymph drainage, I go every 3 weeks and see the difference when i miss an appointment. My lymph nodes get full regularly and seeing Lilah and her working her magic on flushing out my lymph nodes regularly helps with blockage, helps my system work, my skin glows and my body processes better.
