Let me start by saying that the therapist who performed my massage was kind, accommodating, and incredibly skilled. The facility was very clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the head water massage. However, my experience was impacted by a lack of clarity regarding the service. I had expected a scalp cleansing and some relaxation, but the treatment included much more than I anticipated—a full back massage, body compressions, face massage and masque, arm and hand massage, and a foot massage. While the service itself was excellent, I was surprised by the additional elements and would have appreciated clearer communication about what to expect. The website’s description of the service was not entirely accurate, and this led to some confusion. For instance, I wasn't informed that I would need to disrobe and lie face down for what I thought was a hair treatment. Additionally, there was no intake process to inquire about allergies, injuries, or pressure preferences. While I don’t have any sensitivities, I can imagine this could be uncomfortable or even risky for someone with specific needs. It might be helpful to provide a written intake form for all clients, especially if language barriers exist, and to clearly explain what the service entails so there are no surprises. I understand this is not a medical facility. That does not mean someone couldn't be hurt here because of lack of communication. The therapist was very attentive, adjusting the pressure when I made a request, which I appreciated. There were a few interruptions during my session, including her having to leave the room a few times to answer calls or grab supplies, which affected the flow of the experience. While I had some concerns regarding communication and service clarity, the massage itself was fantastic, and I will certainly return for future treatments. I hope these suggestions can help improve the overall experience for future clients.

Absolutely amazing experience! I almost don’t want to write this review and let the secret out about how great this place is because I will be devastated if I ever have a tough time getting an appointment here! My cousin and I came and did the 120 minute massages with Julia and Nana and we both feel like new women. The ladies were skilled, communicative, and masters in their craft. The environment was clean, relaxing, and friendly. I would give Li’s Massage 10 stars if I could, I definitely plan on making my visits here part of my routine. I am so happy that they opened up here in Highlands Ranch. Thank you for a wonderful experience and an even better nights sleep tonight!

This place is amazing! I have always wanted a massage but was always nervous of being pressured into memberships/packages from other places. The owner was very kind and made me feel comfortable. My massage was wonderful. In addition, there was no product or sales pressure on me as a customer so I was able to just relax and enjoy my experience. I came home and immediately went online to book my next massage.

Fabulous!! I was so pleased with the massage I received from Nana today! Her technique is excellent and incredibly therapeutic. She relieved my discomfort completely in addition to soothing my aching muscles! She trained as a doctor in China and her knowledge is evident!!! What a treat to receive her “healing” abilities! I should add that the salon is beautiful with a welcoming and relaxing ambiance! I will definitely return and highly recommend Li’s at Highlands Ranch!

This was the best massage I have ever had. The spa is well appointed clean and comfortable. I was met immediately by the receptionist and she walked me through my options. I chose a combination and had Fie as my masseuse. Fie is a complete master in the art of Chinese massage. From the hot foot bath to the hot stones and the perfect amount of pressure and stretching, I was transformed into a new person. I already went ahead and made a next appointment for next Monday. Run, Don't walk to this fabulous new spa, you won't be disappointed.

I had my first massage at Li's last night and it was wonderful. I lead a sedentary lifestyle and unfortunately it manifests itself in tight knots all over and especially painful ones in the shoulders and low back. June, my massage therapist was very skillful adjusting the pressure (I had a 60 min. full body deep tissue), so today my shoulders are a bit sore, but it is expected since I haven't done massage in a long time. June was very thorough and covered all areas including the scalp. Hot stones were just what the doctor ordered on my oh so tight muscles. The price is right and I try to tip adequately for the hard work these people do (cash is best to avoid a cc fee). I will definitely be back. In fact, I will need another massage in a next few weeks to continue the healing process.
