LIT Sports Lounge & Grill

We found yet another cool local bar to enjoy whenever we visit New Rochelle. We visited this place on a Saturday night as soon as they opened, so we had the place to ourselves. Lit is a fun place to get drinks, play a few games and enjoy your night. During our short visit we played connect four and Jenga. The drinks were delicious, pricey but well made. The only drawback was the drinks were served in cheap plastic cups instead of glassware. This is unfortunate because it takes away from the class of the place. It gives the place a cheap vibe. At almost $30 for two drinks…. Glassware would have been a better representation!

This saloon is worthy of its name. They have a whole day happy hour on Thursdays and we spent $19 for 4 beers and 2 nice drinks. Tracey, one of the bartenders, was so sweet. Her drinks brought us to life, especially the rum punch. If you're in the New Rochelle area, then that's your place on Fridays and Saturdays. Or, if you need to catch a football or baseball match, they have numerous monitors. We will certainly return just because of their hospitality.

We contacted Tracy to set up an after party to host a few friends/family members after our wedding ended at a local venue. She was extremely responsive and so willing to work with us. We found an option that worked on both ends—which she agreed to shut down the bar for our party (on a Saturday evening!). The event itself was great. Bar staff was awesome. Food and drinks were great. The house DJ also kept the party going, playing music to the crowd’s liking. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

We had a great night out celebrating a birthday. It was easy to get to, and there was parking available in the back if there was no street parking. The tapas were good, the drinks were great, and the DJ played good music. The vibe was fun, and I recommend this place for a date night or a girls' night out.

First time but drinks were good and strong. The wings!! The wings though were delicious, garlic parm! Definitely will be back.

I love this place. Their food is amazing . Especially their steak . The Dj was on point keeping the party going. We had such a great time. The Owner was their and she so attentive to us. Definitely a must go if you are in the area

Food was the worst I've ever had! The owner even goes out to another restaurant to get something to eat right in front of us! What does that tell you? My husband had food poisoning. There was no one in the bar on superbowl! Not surprised now! Just gross! What a waste of money and time!
