Loosen Up Bodywork & Massage

I have been going to Loosen Up Body Works for about three years for various aches, pains, insomnia, or just to get a great massage. The people are friendly and I appreciate the therapeutic focus, professionalism, and experience the therapists all have. I feel so comfortable there. My son also gets work for sports-related needs and injury prevention. Regular body work contributes so much to overall mental and physical well-being and I am thankful I found this place!

I received a deep tissue massage from Caitlin and it was a very therapeutic and healing experience for me. She has a very calm energy and I felt very comfortable with her right away. She uses the right amount of pressure and is able to find the sore spots intuitively. I walked out of there feeling brand new!!

Love love loved working with Loosen Up! I hurt my shoulder from lifting heavy weights, but didn't do anything about it for 6 months, but Paul helped me undo the stuck muscles. I really appreciate the kind staff and the ease of booking my appointments.

Marcial is an excellent masseuse. Always cheerful and gives a deep and powerful massage.

Each masseuse has their own personality or Style, and they are all well trained and very good. We paid for my mom to go here every other week for years. After she died I took her place and that has made my life better!!

All the massage therapists here are excellent, professional, and they really take the time to focus on all of your special needs. I’ve seen Abe most recently and he does an incredible job and has great techniques and advice to continue to maintain your body after a massage session. Chris at the front is always warm and welcoming and is very efficient! Highly recommend this business.
