I think everyone would agree this new location is fantastic! The liquor/beer selection is great, the bathrooms are nice, and the music vibe is something Edgewater was missing! Also, the new patio is spacious and a nice place to be. I’m really glad there is another option for late night hangs in the neighborhood that doesn’t feel sketchy or dirty. Thanks Lot 46!

Patio opening for the block party was awesome. I like that this spot adds a whole new thing to the neighborhood. I can't wait to enjoy some music here and hope that sometimes the music will be outside. They did an amazing job and the staff was clearly Hustling yesterday.

Went to Lot 46 last night. The owner Niya used to own my favorite bar Local 46 and she has done a fantastic job of bringing that same vibe to Edgewater. The patio area is huge and they have live music. Highly recommend.

Stopped in at the new Lot 46 Bar to check out the outside patio area this week. I was a huge fan of its predecessor, Local 46 in Berkeley, displaced by a condo monstrosity, and this new incarnation is terrific. I hate to say I did not know it had opened in Edgewater! Just accidentally walked by and recognized the unique metal gate. Now I hope it stays forever. My Blackberry Whiskey Sour was delicious and my companion enjoyed her Gin Sonic. Both inside and out have the same charming feel as the old Tennyson location, and there was even free live music inside on a Wednesday night. Ping pong outside, pool table inside... Who could ask for anything more? For those who love pizza, the Edgewater Inn is attached and you can buy your pizza while inside or outside Lot 46. Recommended!

I don’t write reviews often, but this was easily one of the best bar experiences I’ve had in the Denver metro area in quite some time. Live music, friendly atmosphere and Ben was an incredible bartender. I’m more than excited to make this a new regular spot. Lot 46 brought a refreshing flavor that Edgewater needed while keeping intimacy and history intact.

Love the spot. Super convenient and great outdoor spot. A little trouble with charging happy hour prices correctly, but didn’t take away from the experience.

Loved it! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and awesome pizza! This will be a regular place we visit for sure. Amazing space.
