Lotus Hookah Lounge

The weirdest charge ever $15 a person, and nobody tells you about that. Basically thats a scam. The worst bar i ever been. You should leave someone to the front door so he can sell entry tickets or at least let people know about the shitty policy. Cause you suck at these charges. I’ll never go again.

Great chill environment to just smoke hookah. Don’t offer alcoholic drinks but that’s fine by me! They offer delicious teas; my favorite vexing the Moroccan tea. The hookah prices is very good. Most places will charge you for changing the coal but this place doesn’t which is amazing. Music is also very nice. On weekends there is a belly dance for entertainment

all n all its a decent spot. just dont have high expectations. it almost resembles a hole in the wall spot. when i went , byob was great with no cork fee. but the spot could definitely use a makeover, all the holes in the cushions is ugh. i was upset they didnt have any sandwiches or burgers advertised on their menu. the real bonus is byob, music, decent hookah.

Great spot, went there on a Monday and still had a good time, can't imagine what it's like on a weekend.

Best hookahs in New York and the Bronx. Great music and services. Tvs for games and always a chill time. Great place to relax and smoke hookah with friends family or love ones. Now they have great food and vibe is always chill and enjoyable!

This place when it first opened was great. For the past 2 years the service level and the quality of hookah has become so poor. They hire different workers that are not attentive. Today I went back after a very long time and I was charged $90 with 2 soda and 1 hookah. They charge cover charge $30 with no notice/signs notice. We were told that is cover charge Friday-Sunday. Please give that information to your customers at arrival. Service level and quality needs to match in order to pre charge tips. This will be the last visit I will be making for such outrageous prices in the Bronx. Walk down the block and go to Istanbul Lounge. For that price range you are better off paying for tolls and going to Steinway for hookah $25 for better quality and service. Very disappointing for a location in the Bronx.

The place was completely empty. Not one other human in sight. Upon walking in they told me it’s a $25 cover charge…. Again I was the only human there… I walked right out and will not be returning. It was 1pm on a Saturday.

So I only knocked down one star because not all flavors are hitting how they are suppose to. But me & my boo was there for 6 hrs it was cool vibes all around everyone is friendly and the waiter was super nice I think her name is Adriene or something of that nature. But even down to the owner. I will definitely be coming again for sure, lowkey. Just know there is an entry fee & I totally understand why.
