Mad Kat and Company

If you're in Brewer, ME, you absolutely have to check out Mad Kats. We visited for the first time the other day and were blown away. This locally owned restaurant has a huge menu with tons of variety, so there's something for everyone. The service was exceptional, and the food was great. It's a super cool, trendy place with a lively atmosphere, complete with a stage and karaoke nights from Wednesday to Saturday. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. Mad Kats is a surprising new find you don't want to miss. It's totally worth going out of your way to check it out—you won't be disappointed. We'll make it a point to go there each time we visit Maine. It's truly one of the best local restaurants we've found. Highly recommended!

Was here for an event!! Both event room and dining area are plenty big. You're not sitting on top of each other. The specialty drinks are very yummy along with with food.

We really like Mad Kat especially their weekend brunch it by far our favorite go to place. We completely understand staffing shortages but it took us 25 to 30 minutes before we seen our waitress to just order coffee and our food and we wait again we can hear the cooks yelling order up as we still wait for our coffee. Coffee did manage to make it out just before our food but we had to keep asking if it was possible to please have a coffee refill. Food is still our favorite place just need a ton of patience

This place is amazing! I've been going to Mad Kat and Company for over a year now and I've never been disappointed. The food, drinks, and atmosphere coalesce greatly together, making this place feel comfortable to be in. I love that there's karaoke and music, there aren't many of these types of restaurants around which makes it extra special! The staff are always super friendly and personable. They're quick to helping out in any way they can, and constantly check up on you. The prices are reasonable, the food's great, the place is nice and clean. Went to a birthday celebration for a friend. We had approx 30 people attend. The staff was amazing. Katherine our waitress was awesome. And the other staff as well! Pizza was the bomb dot com. And all the other food and drinks was great as well. Mudslides were delicious! Loved the atmosphere there! Thanks for putting up with all of us! Never a bad time when we visit this establishment from out of town!

There is this place. It is a magical place. It is called Mad Kat and Company. There are only two bad things About the Mad Kat. First, it takes so long to read the menu as there is so much food. But it doesn’t matter because everything is so good. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is even better. They have Karaoke most nights. Just don’t go when I am singing. Oh, the second thing: the bartop is glass so it is hard to balance salt shakers. (it's an inside joke)

Ordered take out to celebrate mothers day early & the woman I spoke with was wonderful really nice. I see this place packed all the time, the menu is cool & i was really excited to give it a try. I'm hoping this was a fluke but we where extremely disappointed esp for the prices.. I'll just leave the pictures here you can draw your own conclusions. The first ones are untouched the last ones are after we had to take off half the bread to taste it. (May be backwards idk how they will load) Taste was ok but veggies where way under cooked.

Mad Kat is a neighborhood best choice. We are getting used to dropping in when we just need a night away from cooking. The menu is simple and so far, everything has been delicious. The fries are unique and are probably the best fries in Maine!
