Magic Massage

Great place for a massage. All of the therapists are strong and have good technique. Jinny is my favorite. Any time I've had an ailment, she worked her magic to help relieve any pain. 100% give them a try.

Paid house Money for one hour, after paying cash. Told she could only do 30 minutes. Ask for money back, then said she would do one hour. Started, worked 5 minutes, left for 15 minutes. Not relaxing not peaceful. Felt robbed. Be careful here

Dishonest, shady practices...ON MY VERY FIRST VISIT to this business. I paid the masseuse, Jenny, for my massage in cash because I discovered there was a $5 charge for credit card transactions. Jenny never returned my change. No problem. I figured I'd just get it when the massage ended. When the massage ended, I tipped and left. I didn't realize it until hours later (while still in the area) that I never got my change. So I returned the same night and spoke with Jenny. She acknowledged I was due the change, but said no, I'm not giving it to you. Whoa. She said she would apply it to my next visit. I told her she is very sneaky, and she grinned. Wow. I reminded her that I don't live anywhere near the business (which she already knew from my original visit), so it wasn't like I was going to return anytime soon. Sadly, the massage was actually pretty good, but obviously the dishonesty ruined the entire experience. Of course, refusing me my change only made things worse. No business gets away with cheating customers forever - it WILL eventually catch up with you. The Internet is not your friend in these cases. I just happened to catch them on my first go around. I suspect Jenny figured she could pull a fast one on an unsuspecting newbie and never thought she'd see me anytime soon, if ever. This whole experience could have ended so much better with VERY little effort and ethics on the part of the business. Instead, here I am leaving a negative review

Me and my wife went and got a couples massage that was supposed to be 60 min. We both went into the room and only 1 lady walked in and started massaging my wife. About 20 mins later a 2nd lady walked in and started massaging me. 10 mins gos by and the lady said she done with my wife so she just laid there another 20 mins while I finished my massage. Not very good business practices. Would not recommend.

I have had great massages at Magic Massage for several years now. Tina has been my masseuse the majority of my times here. She is very good at what she does and that’s why I return once or twice a month. I have had lower back issues from an injury 22 years ago. She is able to address this problem of mine and I feel better each time I visit there. I have referred some of my close friends and family members to Magic Massage.

The therapist was rude and not nice at all, I didn't even complete the session, I left 25 minutes earlier because I couldn't stand the rudeness of the therapist. I don't recommend this place at all. I was going to be a regular customer, once or twice a week, but they lost me.

Had an 11 massage booked and Sarah and waited in the cold rain until 11:30 and the dkkes were never unlocked. Called the emergency number and all the guy said was she won't answer her phone....total waste of time. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Tiffany is a great masseuse and by far one of the most experienced people I have come across. Very nice, courteous and professional.
