Charmaine & her team at Mama Me Time are incredible. I’ve been getting prenatal massages (with the belly bolster!!!) throughout my second and third trimester & they have been absolutely life changing. By far one of my most looked forward to “baby” appointments every month. I was also lucky enough to be part of the customer appreciation imaging appointments! BOOK THE 3D/4D scans!! i was on the fence about scans like that in the beginning of my pregnancy but seeing my baby girl before she makes her grand entrance has be so so so fun. ALSO— get the cup. Mame Me Time is a safe haven, the ambience is welcoming and peaceful. At Mame Me Time you can release all your tension and step into a world of deep relaxation. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to recover, relax or for prenatal and postpartum women. You will not be disappointed. Charmaine is one of the few people in this world that I can truly trust. She has been my massage therapist through pregnancy but most importantly she was an amazing doula. After having a rough delivery of my first born, I knew I needed help the second time around. Charmaine was an angel, she guided me, educated me and was there until 4am when I finally was able to deliver my second baby. She was my hype woman and words can't explain how truly grateful I was to have her. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

I found Mama Me Time on Google and the 5 Star reviews drew me in! They did not disappoint. Charmaine and her team are amazing. I came in for a 90 minute prenatal massage at 38 weeks. A 3D ultrasound at 39 weeks. And again for a 60 minute massage at 40 weeks. I plan to join the membership and continue my 90 minute massage in a monthly basis. Charmaine’s hand are blessed! Her staff is friendly and I am so happy I found them. the last few weeks of pregnancy can be very rough. I had my first experience at Mama Me Time Spa earlier this week and I am counting down the days until I can go back! Booked a prenatal massage for my birthday, hoping that I'd enjoy it enough to become a regular and that's exactly what took place. I felt Charmaine's calming spirit immediately upon introduction. She thoroughly explained her massage/stretch process and throughout the whole massage itself, I was pleasantly surprised at just how well she executed that process. I'm excited to book other services with her in the future & won't hesitate to recommend this spa to those that I know.

This place reach beyond my expectations. Charmaine was absolutely AMAZING, kind, knowledgeable and has amazing energy. I did the mama solo spa, it started with the best massage of my life!!! Where I was stretched and extremely relaxed The location has plenty of parking, easy to find due to all the amazing signs. The atmosphere is relaxing, welcome and larger. The inside has cute saying, educational information about your body and beautiful art!

My mom booked a massage at Mama Me Time as a birthday gift! I absolutely loved every second of my experience at the spa. From the moment I walked, I felt very comfortable and at peace. The young lady at the front desk super nice and helpful. The environment was clean and comforting. My massage experience was also amazing. I was very tense and a little nervous at this was my first massage ever. However, the massage therapist was kind and patient. She gave me a deep tissue massage that truly relaxed me. Everything about my experience was amazing. I will definitely be back.

I scheduled a 60 minute prenatal massage and it was the best decision I've made! I was so relaxed and added on the pregnancy bolster so I could enjoy a portion on my stomach and I believe I briefly fell asleep. I arrived with some strong hip pain and left feeling like I could walk around town. Thank you Charmaine and I look forward to returning!
