I’m telling you that this is the best place I have been so far for massage and energy recharge. It has been a blessing since I met Sarena! I booked a pregnancy massage with her, and she went beyond that. She gave me a personalized session with lots of advice for me and the baby. She empowered me so much with what I can do during my delivery, and she lent me some amazing books for delivery and birth. During the massage session, she really hit my spots and alleviated my hip pain. She put me in specific positions where I was extremely comfortable and always asked if the pressure was good and if I was comfortable with everything. She played birth affirmations and relaxing music. She also used hot stones and the massage gun, which really helped alleviate all the pain. Thank you so much Sarena! You are the best!! I’ll definitely go back.

Just completed the first round of the for a full body hijama (aka wet cupping) with Serena. I was nervous of the unknown but Serena quickly put me at ease. She was very kind and patient, explaining everything before hand and again as she went through the process. The process itself was rather painless, though I was feeling sore and tired within an hour of finishing the session (both of which are normal). I'm looking forward to completing the next two sessions. I would highly recommend folks to put aside their reservations on having this done and book with Serena.

I was dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder pain as well as frequent migraine headaches for almost every day this past week. I got hijama done with sarena yesterday and woke up pain free this morning and felt great all day today! The result is amazing! I can't recommend hijama enough. I have had it done 4 times with her and alhamdolellah the health benefits have been immediate and noticeable each time. She's very nice amd understanding and I feel very comfortable with her. The procedure doesn't hurt and is sooo worth it! My husband also got hijama done with Chris and he's very happy too! He was suffering from seasonal allergies and it's all gone. He feels much better overall. You should give it a try!

I finished my final session of wet cupping (hijama) today with Chris and felt great. Chris is amazing - he takes the time to listen and then explain the process of hijama in detail. He made sure that the process was painless. I felt totally rejuvenated after 3 sessions. I highly recommend both Chris and Serena (my wife was impressed by her)! We are truly blessed to have them here in El Paso.

Best 2 hours/month. Used to have a persistent knot on my upper back and it hasn't bothered me since getting regular massages here. Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful for having this experience. Never had a massage in my life before, but I’m glad I had this experience here. I had a one hour massage with Sarena, and I loved the professionalism and the experience. When you arrive, make sure that you enter on the smaller door to the right. That is the door to all of the holistic providers, including Sarena. We started the session by filling out a medical questionnaire, and going over any of the current pains on my body. When you get ready to get on the table, you do have the option to keep your underthings on or not, but no matter what you choose you’re going to always be under a sheet at all times. Sarena asked me about my music preferences, and also which scents I wanted her to use. She started out massaging my head and made her way down to my feet throughout the session. There were some light stretches of my knees, since I have problems with both of them. At the end of the session, we did a proper closing and I got dressed. She makes salves and tinctures as well, so I bought the ‘Grounding’ tincture. I’m looking forward to visiting again!
