Beware of this establishment. They constantly push upgrades and extras to pad the bill. Mamasan appears to be very friendly and accommodating, but she's a wolf in sheep's clothing. She constantly asks you if you want the VIP room, which is an added expense. My response is a definite NO. She will escort you to the VIP room and tell you that they are not busy and you can have it with no extra charge. When you check your card statement you'll find that you were charged the extra fee. Buyer Beware! After the massage, she'll inform you that one of the providers would like to meet you socially. You should come back again and the provider will meet you and possibly arrange a get together. This is really simply a ploy for return business. She'll ask for your phone number to let you know if the provider is interested in you. She'll simply text you, and tell you to have a nice day. Steer clear of this business. If I could give them zero stars, I gladly would...

I recently visited Massage 90210 and initially opted for a 30-minute session, but I was so impressed that I extended it to 60 minutes. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. They expertly targeted the pain spots in my back, neck, and lower back with strong yet gentle hands, leaving no marks on my body. The massage was a perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic relief, enhanced by the use of hot towels and hot oil. They also offer stretching, which added an extra level of relief. The environment was so soothing that I actually fell asleep for the last 20 minutes! Overall, Massage 90210 offers top-notch service at an affordable price. I'll definitely be returning soon and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

This is hands down the best spa in the Valley! Extremely clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend the VIP upgrade for the private sauna and shower Can’t wait to book for my next visit!

I swear I am being fair and honest on this review, I don't normally rate much of anything this poorly but this was an extraordinarily bad experience. 1.) The sign on the building says 1 hour - $39.99, but upon entry you will quickly find that, that is only for VIPs which is NOT mentioned on the sign outside. 2.) I asked the woman because I wasn't by any means broke, but wasn't able to justify $60+ for a massage, "how much it would be for 30 minutes?" I found that 30 minutes was still $40, however the knot in my back was sooo bad I didn't make a big deal about it. 3.) The therapist, (Though very good at what she was skilled at... I won't lie about that. It was an excellent massage) had the nerve to TELL me that 30 minutes was not sufficient and that I needed an hour, but conveniently did not discuss pricing. In most places I've been to, an additional 30 minutes is not a whole additional $40. So to sum up this portion, I intended on spending between $20 & $40 and left running my card for $81. 4.) The therapist then, in mid massage, then proceeded to ask me what or how much I was going to tip her?! I played coy like "I don't know yet." Come to find she wasn't kidding, she wanted to seriously know what I planned on tipping? At this point I was then extremely uncomfortable and upset that someone would put me on the spot like that. It beyond unprofessional... But, it doesn't stop there. 5.) The therapist after basically TELLING me I was going to tip her $30 (almost a 40% tip), proceeded to follow me to the register and watched me cash out to ensure her tip. At this point I was mad and this is where I justify my lying to them next. 6.) Finally, when she saw that I didn't tip (out of anger) pointed it out publicly among 2 other people in the lobby, I felt so paused that I lied and said I was intending on a cash tip, not debit. I told her I had to go to my car to get cash for her tip, and two things then absolutely floored me. First the lady at the counter (after cashing out for $81) (service paid) insisted I should leave my wallet or cell phone to ensure I'd come back... ?! I thought at that point it couldn't get worse... But, then my therapist was genuinely going to follow me outside to my car to get her tip!?!? At which point I then got vocal and told her how absolutely unprofessional her behavior was, and left. I have NEVER, in ANY service business been put on the spot like that and then made to feel that uncomfortable. I won't be going back here again. Like I said at the very beginning, the massage was great, I do feel better. However, every single other aspect of this experience was far below my expectations from a service business. I will admit, I handled the situation too passively, but I didn't know what the right thing to do was. What poor management... I will add the pictures of the signs outside of the business to prove I'm not mistaken...

I have had at least 300 massages in my lifetime. I have been to Massage Envy, Small business, single owner LMTs, and other franchises in California, Arizona, Mexico, Oregon, Nevada, Arkansas, Wisconsin and cruise ships. The girls here do a fantastic job. I have also used the shower and sauna. The sauna is really nice too. After my massage I usually go to The Joint Chiropractic for an adjustment. I am a big tipper so I usually tip between 20% - 50%. Maybe that's why I get such good service. I keep going back to this place because I feel I'm getting my money's worth. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Most rude shop owner ever, saw them shout at customers for no reasons like psychos. Don’t come here and save your dollars for somewhere else.

This place and the owners are awesome. Ruth is the owner and very welcoming and nice. I had a horribly kinked neck for a week and went in for a massage and they helped loosen it all up and by the end of the massage I felt so relaxed and was able to move my neck again. Will definitely be using this place for all future massages!

I will NOT be returning. The front desk lady was asleep on the couch twice during my visit. I did not receive full 60 minutes for massage. The room I was placed in had batman all over the walls and door. They said is was the furthest room and most quiet and relaxing. However, it sounded like there were a couple people unloading a truck in the room next to me and were laughing talking loudly the entire time. Not very relaxing. I also was told if I paid an extra $20 I would receive a second 60 min massage free at a later time via emailed coupon. This did not happen and no coupon was ever emailed. The technician then asked for a larger tip SEVERAL times while waiting up front for me to check out. Extremely unprofessional and gross behavior.
