This is by far the best massage I’ve ever received, specifically from Heather. I’ve been to many establishments and seen many professionals and Heather out performs them all. I’ve received a fully body massage, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massage here and all were not only outstanding but did exactly as they were described. What I like most about this place is that it’s not just a relaxing experience she is truly there to heal or educate and doesn’t move on to the next part of your body until she knows your knot or tension are released there. I also love that it’s a no talking environment, she is focussed on healing and comfort.

This is a GREAT place and I mean this! They were so accommodating to my husbands needs during his lymphatic massage. He has been very sick this year they were willing to do anything to make him comfortable as well as let me in the room with his oxygen tank. Lisa is a phenomenal therapist I highly recommend her! She made sure to keep him comfortable as well giving him a great massage. We've frequented a lot of massage business in the area throughout the years and this one is at the top of our list!

Mia is superhero, not joking, best deep tissue massage ever! Her super powers include: 1. Super Strength 2. Elbows made from tempered Steel. She was able to dig out knots and adhesions without tiring as she went. I have trouble finding therapists that live up to "Oh sure I can do deep pressure". She was professional, caring and just excellent at her work. I will be back. -Chris

Highly, highly, highly recommend Jake! Best massage I have ever had and I have tried every place on the seacoast. Only massage I have ever left where I feel immediately better and he truly listened and found my problem areas right away. He really focused on my tight areas and I left feeling SO much better! You can tell he really cares about the quality of his craft, which has not been the same experience I have had with other masseuses there. He is very passionate and extremely knowledgeable. He was very attentive throughout and did an amazing job. I have tried several masseuses here and he is by far the best. If you book here, be sure to book with Jake! You will not be disappointed, absolute game changer.

I had a wonderful first experience, here! This was also my first time trying cranio integrative massage. Lisa was so informative and down to earth which I really appreciated..I'm a hairstylist and she intuitively knew what areas I was experiencing discomfort. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Absolutely amazing and worth every penny! I have, nerve issues, chronic pain and a sports injury which required surgery. Both Heather and Michelle A.’s techniques have instantly alleviated the pain and released the knots and strains in my body. Michelle A. Melts away the knots in the body using the trigger point method. I’m serious… your knots will be gone. Her work on TMJ has left me speechless. She understands the body and her pressure is deep! Heathers techniques for releasing tight muscles also releases emotional distress. My neck was pulling forward to the right and she helped in getting it back to normal while I cried from all the emotional release. You can’t go wrong with either… just be clear about what you want since they both know multiple massage styles :). Worth it!

I got injured “attempting” to do the thread the needle pose in Yoga class and I was in agonizing pain from my right shoulder down to my thumb. I booked a massage with Jake and I immediately felt the knots begin to unravel. Instead of taking time off of work to go to Physical Therapy, I scheduled 2 additional Deep Tissue massages with Jake. By massage number 3 my thumb was no longer numb and I had full range of motion in my shoulder. Jake is a former football player and Football Coach. He has a profound understanding of both body mechanics and sports injuries. He healed me! Thank you, Jake!

I have finally found a serious, therapeutic massage delivered by skilled professionals. As an athlete, my performance and comfort is enhanced by regular, therapeutic massage. I'm not here to just relax (although that's an option!); I'm here to feel better than when I came in and that is always the case when I visit various therapists at the Massage and Wellness Collective. It's a beautiful venue in a convenient location - near downtown but plenty of parking. I'm so happy to have found this place and highly recommend their services.
