10/10 Service is great, Shelly is super knowledgeable and cares for what she does! Her hands are magical, since coming here, my results speak for itself. My swelling has gone done tremendously and my range of motion after having just ONE massage was mind blowing!!! I’ve had 6+ lymphatic drainage massages done by her and each time, I’m progressing. After massage 4, I was able to stand up straight. Come here for your aftercare needs, you won’t be disappointed 🙂

I have been going to Shelly for what feels like years now for lymphatic drainage and muscle work and every time I leave feeling 100 times better than when I arrived. As someone who puts their body through a lot I know I can always count on Shelly to get it back on track. I have referred her to everyone I know who is having any issues with their bodies and they too have left feeling way better than how they did when they arrived. Her level of professionalism is amazing because she really does listen to your needs as well as work on any issue I may have missed. Not only does she work on any issues I may have but she also gives me exercises at home to optimize my massage and get full relief at home. She does wonders for me and my family and I will always recommend her. Nothing but positive experiences! 10/10 recommend!

My post is way long over due! All I can say is thank you Shelly for helping me feel better and teaching all the things I need to do to continue living pain free from my lower. 3 years ago I injured my lower back and I couldn't move ( when I say I couldn't move, I couldn't bend down or do any kind of movement because my lower back was in extreme pain), Kaiser doctors kept medicating me with pain med. I was able to meet with an MD at Kaiser who told me Shelly saved her from getting back surgery. I'm on my 30's and Kaiser was recommending back surgery for me too. Thankfully the MD I met recommended me to go to Massage Bodywork Movement in Lancaster. Shelly is a miracle body worker, I say this because on the first session, I was able to bend down and tie my shoes! Not only did I recover, I was able to conceive 6 months after her treatments (having another baby was not part of the treatment but it happened and I was grateful for my bundle of joy). Today, my lower back pain has gone away and I am able to run after my toddler! Shelly told me that she has saved alot of people from getting back surgery! She helped me so I trust her and I highly recommend her!!! I will forever be grateful for Shelly's miracle hands and I have been sending referrals her way for the past 3 years.

Shelley is amazing! I have been struggling for years and unable to move because of a pinched nerve and other ailments. I had tried everything including Physical Therapy through Kaiser (which made me worse) and had basically given up hope that anyone could help me move again. As a last ditch effort for something I hadn’t tried I found Shelley and she has worked wonders! I’m only on my 3rd visit with her and the results are incredible. I’m moving and getting stronger everyday. My sessions have not only helped physically, but also emotionally. After struggling for so many years I finally have hope that I can live a normal life again. I highly recommend her services.

Shelley is awesome!!!! The first time I met with Shelley was for my pre-surgery lipedema manual lymphatic drainage treatment and consultation in Dec 2023. During the first 20 minutes she educated me about the function of the lymphatic system. It was an eye-opener. The next time I saw Shelley was in Jan 2024 post-surgery. I was in a bad way. I was in pain, my compression garment was cutting through my skin and I hadn’t slept for two days. After Shelly completed the manual lymphatic drainage treatment, I broke down and cried because I felt so much better. She gave me hope to move forward. She loves what she does and she does it well!!!! After that session, I had many more with her. Her facility is a clean, safe, serene and peaceful environment. I love that her client-base are females. She’s not a massage therapist. Her expertise is in bodywork and restoring the lymphatic system to optimal function from pre/post-surgery through manual lymphatic drainage. Her credentials on her website did not disappoint. I’ve done extensive research and there’s no one in the Antelope Valley that can match her credentials. Her rates are very competitive in comparison to the professionals in Los Angeles and surrounding areas with the same credentials as hers. She is an expert at her craft. She goes far and beyond. She is so knowledgeable and she shares that knowledge with her clients. In the future, if I have any surgery that warrants manual lymphatic drainage, I will only go to Shelley. I am a healthier person because of her!!!!! Thank you so much Shelley!!!!!!!

I saw Shelley when I visited Palmdale recently. She was awesome!! I scheduled an appointment for lymphatic drainage because I knew I had issues. But she put a name to it (lymphedema) and did the therapy. But here is what was different. She showed me tons of self care strategies and explained how I needed to get into a formal Lymphedema Management Program. My intake appointment is tomorrow. I am on my way to better health because of Shelley. (This post may say Bruce but this is Margaret.)

(The owners response to my review has nothing to do with my concerns. My review has nothing to do with incisions, its about the fact that I paid for a massage and didn’t get that at all. She talked most of the time and didn’t massage me. I felt robbed. Horrible service. Glad I found a new location in California that provides relief and great service.) I was looking for lymphatic drainage massage after liposuction. I had already gotten some massages in a different state as I got my surgery out of state. The massages out of state were great and relieved a lot of pain. I live in California in the area so I had to find someone out here. Went to this place and was not satisfied at all. She talked almost the entire session instead of massaging, hardly massaged me at all, and she charged me more than I anticipated especially for someone that didn’t do their job (the price wouldn’t have been much of an issue if I actually felt relief/if she did her job). Left feeling the same as when I arrived. NOW going to Beverly Hills with someone who has more reviews and that someone that got lipo recommended, I should have gone there right away instead of here. I feel like I wasted my money and time. Funny thing is even though the massage that was recommended is in Beverly Hills and actually provides relief they charge less. I am very disappointed with this business. Don’t waste your time here.

I wholeheartedly recommend Shelly for post-op lymphatic drainage massages and care. With her help I was able to recover faster than I anticipated and she gave me a lot of tips on how to eat to achieve my goals! She is very gentle and kind with me.
