Not 1 cancelled appointment on the same day, but 2!!!! I showed up for my *already rescheduled (by her)* appointment on a Sunday and the door was locked. I knocked, rang the doorbell, thought maybe she was wrapping up with someone else. I texted her twice...nothing. I called, nothing. I sat in the 90* sun for 20 minutes waiting around. NOTHING. I got a text 36 hours later....are you kidding me? No matter what you're going through it's not rocket science to send 1 damn text. It was so ridiculous and cringey and I will never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend booked me an appointment through her site for my birthday today. We showed up on time after receiving both a text and an email confirmation. The building is poorly labeled and we had a hard time finding it. When we got there, the doors were locked. We rung the bell, no answer. We probably called 10 times as well. Disappointed. Don’t book here.

I booked an appointment online for Friday 1/6 and found the website , along with subsequent email communication easy to navigate. Two hours before my appointment, I received a text notifying me my appointment had to be canceled because her dads nurse was sick. I was offered an alternate day & time to which we mutually agreed. I showed up to my appointment this morning and she wasn’t there. Doors locked. No response to texts or phone calls. Simply didn’t show. The downstairs tenants let me inside and when asked the purpose of my visit , they laughed while simply stating she’s not here. It was clear to me this wasn’t the first no show and after reading the reviews this am - I see that this is a regular occurrence. Disrespectful of peoples time and schedule.

I like that Egle customizes your massage and uses deep pressure, given you request it. I've had masseuses in the past who don't use enough pressure even when I request it. She was professional and pleasant. I would go back again.
