Karmella offers more than just a simple massage, she offers a mind-body experience along with what I would call a guided meditation. You are able to fully relax and focus on healing during your session. She is not like any other massage therapist I have tried before (and I've been to maybe 20 over the years). I really recommend you give her a try with an open mind and a tired or hurting body. She is just what you need!

I had a couple really nice massages with Karmella. She is very intuitive and respects the healing process. I really liked her use of motion to really get at sore spots and problem areas. This is unlike any massage I've had. She has a wonderful gift for healing!

Karmella has been an angel from the universe for me! Seriously! I had rotator cuff surgery in March 2020 and ended up with shoulder capsulitis (aka frozen shoulder). After 3 months, the muscles in my body were so knotted up from over-compensating for my immobile shoulder that the pain was excruciating. I called Karmella and she literally spent 3 hours working on my back and arms and neck during the first session - working out all the knots. I have had little to no pain ever since. She intuitively knows how and what to do to help your muscles heal and her knowledge of the human body and it's connectivity is impressive! I highly recommend her to everyone I meet as she has helped me so much physically, mentally and emotionally through this difficult time in my life! Definitely worth every penny!!
