Garland with Pre Bodyworks is a modern-day healer. I went into our session with significant pain in my neck and shoulders that wasn’t improving on its own. After listening to me and observing my body, Garland worked on my whole body to prepare it for the specific treatment my neck needed. With gentle and skilled hands, he unlocked two of my vertebrae and relieved pinched nerves in my neck. The next day, I felt like I was recovering rather than just surviving, and now I’m on the path to being pain-free and back to my normal life. Thank you, Pre Bodyworks, for saving me!

From his mastery of human anatomy to the variety of instruments he uses to identify, isolate, and treat every muscle knot, strain, and misalignment, Garland has provided real solutions to my long-standing issues. I waited a day post treatment to write this review because that’s when I truly noticed the healing. My posture has improved, my scapula rotation is smoother, the knots in my back have significantly diminished, I can breathe easier, neck tension has eased, and I feel more energized with less pain overall. My understanding of what a massage can accomplish has fundamentally shifted. Booking another session was a no-brainer. This is a healing journey that I will commit to investing my time and money into because I am confident in Garland’s understanding of my physical issues, his approach to solving them, his professionalism, expertise and as a bonus, his playlist during my session was fantastic (I’m a sucker for great music!). To cap it all, he’s actually a chill-laid back kinda person so there was no tension with him except the ones I walked in with which were all over my back, neck, et cetera, but I left them on the massage table and walked out without them! By far the best massage I have ever had and I need a heavy hand. He focused on my problem areas and I walked out of there feeling unwound and rejuvenated. Garland is super friendly and personable, but above all else, very professional. I'm so happy I found him, I will definitely be coming back.

Garland is an incredible massage therapist! He created a super comfortable atmosphere and applied amazing techniques exactly where I needed them. His knowledge and vast array of tools was amazing and he helped me locate some hidden scar tissue and address an old source of pain I didn't even realize was connected. My boyfriend felt the same way – Garland's skills were so impressive, we are considering moving to Houston just to be his regular clients! Garland is a sports therapy miracle worker! Body “fixer!” I’m a marathon runner and everything that was hurting is no longer! I’m so impressed with his expertise on mobility and recovery.
