Absolutely the worst customer service possible. I have had my membership with them since 2012 and have over 50 credits now that I am trying to use them they said a charge didn’t go through and locked my account so that I couldn’t use any of my credits. When asked to speak to a manager it was a joke and still haven’t heard from anyone keep asking for ways to get out of this and they keep saying you have to pay each month on a freeze plus so that they won’t charge the full price but still give them money for no reason and I can use my credits or freeze my account and not be able to use any of my 50 credits. Never try helping out, every other location is giving me ideas how to handle this winter garden location but it has been ridiculous. Very unprofessional. This location is a SCAM!

I came to massage envy to get my neck worked on after I bad neck massage during facial left me feeling tense and tight. Daniel was a wonderful therapist and did a great job helping me. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I can’t wait to go back! I thought I made an appointment but didn’t finish setting it up. When I went in the day of to only realize no appointment was actually made. The staff at the front desk was very understanding and was actually able to book me for an appointment 2hours later. It was my first time getting a facial Samantha was patient and thorough. She explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. She did an amazing job! My skin felt great and had a beautiful glow afterwards.

I called there on a Friday four times, never did talk to a live person. The fourth time I left a message saying I wanted to book an appointment. Never did receive a call back. The following Monday I called back again, twice, and finally talked to someone and made my appointment. Requested a call back from the manager as she wasn’t there. After the call from the manager, I don’t feel valued as a member. Sad because I wanted to continue going there.

Absolutely terrible location! The very first time I was there instead of relaxing I got a sales pitch about skin care. During the whole session the girl was not quite once. I wanted to cancel, they promised me a good service next time. Second time was ok. After that I scheduled services four times and all 4 consecutive times they denied the service when I showed up. When I canceled my membership, I got billed for the service I DID NOT RECEIVE. I’m very patient and don’t like to deal with BS businesses, but this is too much. If you care about yourself and you have a pride, don’t go to the cheap places like this one.

Do not waste your time at this location. We moved to FL and requested to transfer our membership to this location, AND WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! The management and office staff are horrible. We have had nothing but problems with this location. We have experienced everything from last minute cancelled appointments that took months to reschedule (and no the person was not sick), appointments where the front staff actually scheduled our appointment under another clients account, and no one answers the phone when we call or returns voice messages. We finally went to a different location, and then asked for their help to cancel already booked appointments because Winter Garden never returns phone calls. I reached out to the corporate office and was told Winter Garden is a franchise and corporate can not do anything to help me with my problems. You will also see lots of comments about poor management and staff. Please, read them, and take your money to another franchise location and support one where they actually care about your membership. ***You will also notice the owner appears to respond to the complaints telling the client to respond via the portal. This is just for show, cause you will notice all the complaints continue and never once has the owner said that the problem will be addressed and reached out directly to the client. Please don't be fooled***

AVOID THEM! Rip off location and terrible practices. They do an authorized(!!!) charges on your credit card. Went for a massage and they told me I had to pay for an extra that time, when in fact I had one free with my membership. They could not figure it out, since the girl said I see one that you still have but I can't apply it at the checkout in the system. How is this suppose to be my problem!??? Spent 30 min there waiting they couldn't figure it out. We counted my payments and my times that I came, and everything was just exactly as I said, but still... The girl said only our manager can fix this and they are not here. So I said, ok, do NOT charge my credit card and have your manager call me to discuss and figure this one out. So I left, 30 min later I see that she did charge my card! Unbelievable! I'm canceling my membership and never again. Not to mention that you can never make an appointment for your paid membership same month! they only have like 6-8 weeks ahead, how are you supposed to collect membership fee but then do not have time to service people!?? What a scam. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
