Rosemary is truly fantastic at the Massage Envy Wayne location!! She is courteous, knowledgeable, and a wonderful massage therapist! I book with her each time and it never disappoints! I will continue to come back each time for one of her incredible massages!

Definitely was very satisfying I enjoyed the time I was there really needed a massage rose Mary was excellent in what she did was very professional and polite. Definitely will look in to getting more services. The front desk was very helpful from start to finish

I have been a member for over a decade, 10-12 years. This is the only location that I REFUSE to use after one visit. They have the worst front desk staff and the manager is basically unavailable, or hiding, at all times. I called and canceled a next day appointment by leaving a message. Any other location, especially for a family emergency, allows up to close the night before to cancel without penalty. Well, imagine my surprise when I got an emailed receipt for my account being charged a missed appt fee. I have NEVER flat out not shown, as is evident from my extensive history. I have been an MD client, DE, PA and even Indiana! I called immediately, got a gentleman at the front desk who essentially told me they didn't get a message and he is the one that checks them. Instead of, you know, giving the long time customer the benefit of the doubt, or making an accommodation to preserve the customer relationship, I was essentially accused of falsifying the narrative. I asked to speak to the manager, who I belive is still Amanda (see most recent reviews btw), and was told she was there but I couldn't speak to her. Not that she was 'unavailable, can I take your name and number and have her return your call'. I asked for a call back; never got one. I called again two days later and same thing. I then started receiving soliciting text messages to book at Wayne. HA! I responded by asking the Manager to call me regarding my experience. This happened twice. Instead, I get a text message back, asking me to email the manager. No. I asked for a call back. Never a call back, never an apology, never a credit of my lost session. It's a shame because it's a very nice area and great shopping center, except for them. They also were the least welcoming team I have ever met. Customer service isn't just poor here, they go out of their way to make it difficult. I'm interested to see the response to this review, if any, because others really seem to either client-shame or auto generate a 'how can we make it 5 stars'. I am not being unreasonable and my review is not unkind, simply unflattering. If I receive a response that is anything short of them calling me to resolve, or is as aggressive as some of the responses to their negative reviews, then I'll just go to corporate. My review will stand. I'm not one to complain, but I will when it is so blatantly unkind and unreasonable and accusatory.

I have been to see Rosemary twice now at massage envy in Wayne. To say she is a miracle worker is an understatement. Rosemary utilizes many modalities into her massages. I have been suffering with severe hip pain for several years. Rosemary applied her skill and knowledge of MFR (myofascial release) and relieved my pain immediately. She is kind, listens, and has a wealth of knowledge that she brings to her trade. I highly recommend Rosemary.

Ashley is the manager at Massage Envy at this location. I made an appointment for a deep tissue massage. The person who provided the service was not qualified to do a deep tissue massage. I requested a full credit for the massage service. Ashley agreed to do this. After going to another Massage Envy location near my home, I find out that in fact I was charged for the massage service. I am very upset that I was told that I would get a full credit but did not. I definitely would never go back to this loacation in Wayne, Pa. to get another massage. She said one thing and did not follow through with the credit. I have been a customer at Massage Envy for at least 10 years and never have I been treated this way.

I received a fantastic massage by Michael on 1/30. It was the first time I'd been to this location so I was a little tentative about the level of expertise. Michael provided an outstanding therapeutic massage. The gals at the front desk are friendly and professional. I even got a follow-up message to help me transfer my membership to this location. What a great welcome to Pennsylvania. Thank you so much, Michael, Melissa, and front desk staff.

I was a bit skeptical to book a massage at chain, but after my first appointment with Nicole, I joined their year program I’ve been getting massages for years and Nicole is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She’s incredible!

I walked out the other day at 11am after waiting for 45 minutes. I had a 10:30 facial appointment, which I showed up 15 minutes early to because that was my instructions. My therapist did not show up and I had no communication from the front desk until I asked what was going on, they said she would be there in 5 minutes (at 10:40) then they failed to give me any update for the next 20 minutes. I’m most disappointed that I’ve been a member for 7 years. No one ever called to apologize or make it right. I’m canceling my membership.
