This is a terrible establishment. I worked there for a couple months and was treated horribly there. My hours were cut without notifying me on multiple occasions and my car accident I was in recently was used as a reason to not schedule me to open anymore. The spa is falling apart. No one is getting booked because the new ways of getting people to schedule aren’t working but the corporate manager is too stubborn to change it. Paula the esthetician is very rude and talked bad about me to the other massage therapists. Do not come here or work here!

Received an amazing service from Lisa & last week from marine. So glad I was able to get a membership because I really need the massage every two weeks . They also take insurance. The front desk girls are very efficient and very good at what they do. I’ve been here years ago and I can kinda tell that Ardmore is under new management , hopefully Utayla stays the manager for many years from now .

I am giving them a 1-star review due to the poor communication and problem-solving skills demonstrated by the front desk staff. While I have always enjoyed my experiences with my masseuse and the esthetician who handles my facials, the receptionist at the front desk consistently exhibits rudeness and unprofessionalism. I have had a membership for almost a year, yet crucial details were never properly explained to me. After each appointment, I usually check if I can book additional sessions from my account. However, a few weeks ago, no one informed me that microdermabrasion treatments count as two sessions, despite having three sessions available in my account at the time. Following my microdermabrasion treatment, I booked two sessions for a facial and a massage. When I asked to use sessions from my account, no one communicated that one of the services would charge me outside of my monthly membership since I only had one session left. After today's appointment, the receptionist accused me of trying to avoid payment for my services. I was merely attempting to clarify the unexpected charges. Her behavior was rude, condescending, and highly unprofessional. She seemed incapable of resolving the issue satisfactorily for a loyal customer. I greatly appreciate Paula and hope she offers services elsewhere so I can continue my facials with her. However, the receptionist's conduct is likely to drive customers away from the Ardmore location.

I’ve had a 5 star experience during these first few months of my membership! The folks at the front desk are always so kind, and every massage I’ve gotten has been amazing. MAJOR shout out to Jere!!!! Best massage of my life and I appreciate the peaceful environment they created.

My experience with the massage was disappointing due to mediocre service there and also some miscommunication with front desk staff. I was unhappy enough that I wouldn't consider returning, and instead of trying to resolve the issue by going back and forth with the staff, I decided to conserve my energy and avoid creating a scene.

Terrible customer experience. Hidden fees. Hidden fine print. Raising prices while locked in to year-long contract. Therapists are variable but generally professional and nice enough. If you use, avoid the membership products!!

The service is nice but the contract terms are ridiculous: I have to have physically relocated to be eligible for a clean contract cancellation is a bit much that’s like selling a limb to get something of need….

I’ve been going here forever. I noticed a few weeks ago, their tip chart was increased. I assumed they raised their prices. I asked, and my 90 minute facial was $150. That means 20% would be $30. The chart said $35. So according to this chart, they are trying to get you to tip more based on “industry averages”. I will not be returning to this location. This is not something at every massage envy. It is unique to Ardmore. This bothers me because I don’t go to a chain restaurant and tip based on the industry. I tip based on my meal. If I wanted to pay more, I wouldn’t be going to massage envy.
