Massage Finesse

It was my birthday Nov 3rd. I thought I was going to have a great late night Massage it was around 7:30pm when we went and we had to wait 30 minutes, which wasn’t a problem. When we went back. They told me and my boyfriend that we couldn’t be together which I was confused because once I got into a room by myself, it was two free beds. We both got 60 minutes massages and it felt like five minute massages. My boyfriend wanted a deep tissue massage and was not satisfied. I requested a regular massage with feet included and I was being rubbed the whole time. Literally rubbed not massaged, rubbed! We were highly upset. Paid $130 will not be coming back. I don’t recommend this location.

The type of response you gave says a lot about you as a receptionist, very defensive! Both of your therapists did a poor job, as I mentioned earlier. I’m not sure why that’s hard for you to understand. Regardless of how hard they worked that day, their performance was poor. While you may have smelled weed, I, Geniya Anderson, do not consume weed AT ALL!! So what is your response to that? Neither did he consume weed before his service. Yes, we agreed to the process, but it still didn’t make sense. It seemed like your therapists were eager to finish because it was almost closing time, and they decided to handle things separately. That’s fine; we're simply sharing our experience, which is the purpose of Google reviews. Thank you, and I wish your business the best. I’m sure our one review won’t affect you too much.

I have always had a great experience here. Yesterday, Annie was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She made sure to ask if I was ok with the pressure. Would definitely go back to her and recommend her to anyone.

I have been to this place several times, I received great experience every time, the front guy is very welcoming, the therapists all have great techniques, I feel fully relaxed every time. highly recommend!!!!

I have been there a half dozen times and after my last time I won’t go back. Very hit and miss of having a good massage. Sometimes the room is dim sometimes bright. Door is sometimes closed and open. They come in the room and talk to each other. I got a full body massage and they had me lay face down at first like normal and 90% of the time I was face down. Then they have me flip over to quickly finish up. I’m certain they have changed owners because the last few times has been the same. Save your money.
